I’ve left reviews before about getting the wrong drink, and unfortunately, it keeps happening. I ordered two steeped teas today and received coffee instead — again. It’s really frustrating to deal with wrong orders almost every other day. I don’t know if it’s carelessness or something else, but I’m honestly fed up. I’m starting to wonder if I should stop going to Tim Hortons altogether.

I have been going to this Tim Hortons for years. The quality of the service and food/drinks has gone down substantially, I am so disappointed as an avid Tim Hortons go-er. The workers are very rushed when you order, and you can barely understand them (almost always trying to decipher what they’re saying). There are always food or drink items that are unavailable (but they’re available at other locations). There is also always something wrong with my order when I do get it, whether it is a watery drink, a missing straw or I am given the completely wrong item. I think my best bet is to go to the Tim Hortons at 2360 McPhillips St, it’s a different owner and the quality and service is always better and more consistent than the franchise at this North Gate location. Please save yourself the disappointment and go to another location. The North Gate location had tarnished the Tim Hortons brand that I grew up with.

They are working like zombies 🧟‍♂️
Employees have no idea what they are doing. . No customer service. No communication between team members, no coordination.
1 customer behind me left without placing any order ,other few including myself were kinda frustrated bcox of slow service, excessive and unusual wait time.
I really wanted to talk to the manager than n there but unfortunately had to leave as I was running late . Forced me to make a review.
I specifically requested to make the order properly and so food was fine.

This location refused to sell me a box of coffee.

I ordered latte at this location for drive thru, first they told me to wait for checking espresso, and after they said me to wait for latte in the parking lot. It took them about 10 minutes for just a latte. Everytime i order anything why they have to check even for a single espresso or whatever we ask for, just because of their timer? I worked at tim hortons too for around 4 years, but never got these kinda complaints, i think customer service matters more than your timer. Person at the window is always in hurry , idk if the management pressurizes them to do so or whatever.

Very disappointed with Tim Hortons. I went to get a coffee and simply asked for an extra cup, only to find out they charge 10 cents for it. Honestly, this feels like pure nickel-and-diming customers. When you already pay for a coffee, being charged extra just for a paper cup is ridiculous. It’s not about the 10 cents, it’s about the principle and the lack of customer care. Tim Hortons used to be about community and hospitality, but now it feels like they’re cutting corners everywhere. Definitely not the kind of experience that makes you want to come back.
