I ordered latte at this location for drive thru, first they told me to wait for checking espresso, and after they said me to wait for latte in the parking lot. It took them about 10 minutes for just a latte. Everytime i order anything why they have to check even for a single espresso or whatever we ask for, just because of their timer? I worked at tim hortons too for around 4 years, but never got these kinda complaints, i think customer service matters more than your timer. Person at the window is always in hurry , idk if the management pressurizes them to do so or whatever.

Very disappointed with Tim Hortons. I went to get a coffee and simply asked for an extra cup, only to find out they charge 10 cents for it. Honestly, this feels like pure nickel-and-diming customers. When you already pay for a coffee, being charged extra just for a paper cup is ridiculous. It’s not about the 10 cents, it’s about the principle and the lack of customer care. Tim Hortons used to be about community and hospitality, but now it feels like they’re cutting corners everywhere. Definitely not the kind of experience that makes you want to come back.

Worst service ever! Go through drive thu and they asked for my order... so I asked a question about an item i wanted to order to see if they still had any, it was a simple question... a few minutes pass and then all of a sudden not even answering my question they tell me to go order inside coz their system is down. Which doesn't make sense coz they just took an order right before me. So I go to the window and I ask why did they take an order before me but they tell me to go inside. And then the lady said that they paid cash... I mean I was gonna pay cash anyways. So why didn't they just say they are only taking cash at this time and still take my order? What kind of customer service is this. I mean for someone who is handicapped and can't really walk well (which i told them this is why I go to drive thru) they just don't offer the correct kind of customer service.. and just give excuses. Worst service ever! I know customers only go to this location for convenience. Other then that... no one should ever go to this location. This location is going to lose customers with this kind of management and service. I then called the store and same BS. Just excuses! Meanwhile they are still taking orders inside with debit and cash.

i ordered two egg wraps in the morning around 7:10 , wraps were not grilled properly, I had stomach pain all the day after eating that. Moreover, the two girls on the window were in too much hurry that they just try to throw the food instead of giving politely, no greetings , poorest customer service i ever had. All they focus on is just their timers. Just wanna request that if we are paying, then service should be worth it.
