Just recently renovated and it’s filthy wherever you look. They have no clue how to keep these places clean and disinfected. Gone are the days that you walked in to any of them and you saw proper cleanliness. I wonder what happened to inspection in these places. All fast food restaurants and coffee shops in the city are deplorable. They should have inspection monthly and fine them heavily if not kept sanitized and clean. If they set fines at $20,000 + I guarantee you they will smarten up. This people have no clue how to even clean. They can also be extremely rude.

I love this location. The staff always greats you with a smile, they are all so friendly. Even with customers who come in acting like aceholes, they always handle themselves with poise and patience. The ladies always conversate and go above and beyond. They make sure you leave with a smile, you know who you are who makes sure I leave with a 😊…. 🍫 overload 🤗 Awesome service!! At 3.10 on 23 Nov, i ordered wedges in drive thru at this location .The empolyee told me they don't have wedges in stock. But when i went inside the store to order, they had wedges at the same time, not the experience you execpt from tim Hortons

Worst Experience ever.. I don't know who the owner is but is very irresponsible person who have hired old ladies supervisors.. Supervisor ladies working in afternoon are very irresponsible.. Both can't handle.. I asked for a coffee n The lady supervisor gave me expired coffee.. Also I have seen them being very rude with poor workers.. that's not good even for the reputation of the restaurant..

We went to try their flatbread but was told not available, that’s fine. So we ordered Chili but was also not available, okay fine. Then tried to order a turkey bacon sandwich and was also not available. We came in at about 10pm. The donuts, muffins and other pastry options were also very little. One of the employees told us they close at 12 and to come in early next time for food and that they usually just serve coffee and drinks around this time.
Very prompt response. The muffins and coffee was very good and filling . It made my day .

Such terrible service. Guy taking my order just leaves halfway through my order. Don't waste your time at this location. It's a 50/50 whether you even get what you ordered. Two years ago I never deviated and always went to this Tim's amazing group of people serving people with a smile. Now it doesn't seem like anyone gives a shit as to what you get or how poorly it's made. Tims used to have standards now I'm not sure why there's no quality control or proper staffing/training. Pitiful.

This location can’t get an order right to save their life! The amount of times I have had to go back to tell them the order is wrong is horrible. I check my order in the drive through and let them know their multiple mistakes each time. But I can’t taste my coworkers drinks before I bring it to them so disappointing when someone gets a double double steeped tea instead of a coffee. Like we got 2 drinks today and they couldn’t get it right. This is not hard just pay attention. Pt. 2 So I drove back from work to the Tims to speak with someone and I feel like they gave 0 f:$ks and told me I should have tested my drink before I left. Should I have tested all my coworkers drinks too? Should I bite all their food? Like what? The guy basically laughed at me changed my drink to a coffee and could care less. I will be going to North gate from now on and I would suggest everyone do the same. Like I don’t want free stuff I want you to do better, I want what I order and pay for. I understand humans error but every time I order from this location it’s wrong.
