Absolutely terrible service never get your order right last month went at least 12 times and only 1 order came correct how do you even mess up that many times this time they charged me for a iced cap and gave me a iced coffee and when I asked she just ignored me ridiculous

My experience at this Tim Hortons is always amazing and positive , Im usually there in the early morning and all of the ladies / staff are fantastic especially Deb❤️ I believe she’s the manager. She always greets Customers with a smile on her face, it’s nice to start my day with a fresh coffee and a smile!! Great way to start my day 🙂

I was in drive through this morning, Asked for a steeped tea double double and a steeped tea triple triple, and I could see it on the screen that they got the order right but they gave me a coffee double double and a coffee triple triple. I don't know how they mixed it up this time. I am already at the office and it is not worth going back now.

Just recently renovated and it’s filthy wherever you look. They have no clue how to keep these places clean and disinfected. Gone are the days that you walked in to any of them and you saw proper cleanliness. I wonder what happened to inspection in these places. All fast food restaurants and coffee shops in the city are deplorable. They should have inspection monthly and fine them heavily if not kept sanitized and clean. If they set fines at $20,000 + I guarantee you they will smarten up. This people have no clue how to even clean. They can also be extremely rude.

I love this location. The staff always greats you with a smile, they are all so friendly. Even with customers who come in acting like aceholes, they always handle themselves with poise and patience. The ladies always conversate and go above and beyond. They make sure you leave with a smile, you know who you are who makes sure I leave with a 😊…. 🍫 overload 🤗 Awesome service!! Makes sense as to why everyone wants to go here and it’s forever busy inside and out. It’s the courteous workers. Keep up the awesome work Tim’s on McPhillips!! 🧡🧡🧡
