I ordered garlic bread in store over-the-counter,, but the server refused and told me that they don't have it anymore. But I could see it on the shelf then I ordered the same garlic bread on the app and put up the pick up from drive-through and I got the garlic bread.
When they had the garlic bread, why did they not serve me over the counter but in drive-through. That too on the Tim Hortons app, but not in person

Absolutely terrible service never get your order right last month went at least 12 times and only 1 order came correct how do you even mess up that many times this time they charged me for a iced cap and gave me a iced coffee and when I asked she just ignored me ridiculous

My experience at this Tim Hortons is always amazing and positive , Im usually there in the early morning and all of the ladies / staff are fantastic especially Deb❤️ I believe she’s the manager. She always greets Customers with a smile on her face, it’s nice to start my day with a fresh coffee and a smile!! Great way to start my day 🙂
