I did take out order inside paid and sat waiting for my order waited long I thought there just too many Customers I gave few more minutes I followed up to the staff to my surprise it was just then they prepared my order it was the cashier who lack of focus.

Poor experience due to bad behaviour of people working here- They didn’t listen order properly and then gave wrong orders
They should learn how to behave with customer and understand all the orders before making it

I’m here at 5 am tons of works as like I only have so much time to go and catch my bus to go to work and there’s like nine workers working, but no one can get my freaking coffee to me and if I miss this bus, then I’m waiting for like 40 minutes
We always have a great experience going in this location. Service is great and Coffee is always Fresh! Aside from the friendly staff and awesome manager-Debbie

My comment is regarding their Drive-Thru Service. Management needs to evaluate when the busy times are and staff accordingly. Only 2 people between 5 - 6:00 a.m. on a Saturday. Six vehicles ahead of me, spent 15 minutes in line....at 6:00 a.m. for a cup of coffee. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. With McDonalds less than 5 minutes away if you can't provide quick and efficient Drive-Thru Service then don't offer it. Period.
