Staff not friendly. Iced cap tastes its just artifical flavor with ice. No taste at all. Taste and quality is almost zero now. Donuts are gross. They don't offer vegetarian options in pizza no I dont like cheese pizza. Bagels are hard and lots of time is burnt. Tim hortons in quality is nothing now. Very expensive

The entire Tim Hortons quality and experience has really taken a nose dive in the last 5-6 years. I don't feel welcomed when I go in.

I reached here at around 9:30 ish. It clearly says this Tim is opened till 11. When I reached there the guy refused to serve any drink. He was saying it's closed when I showed them on google that it's open. If you close at 9 why do you lie and say that it's opened till 11. Either he's lying about timing and refused to serve us drinks or Tim is lying about the timing on google. Please correct it so that others won't get their hopes up of getting hot coffee in this cold weather.

They rushed me out without completing a proper bagel belt at all. Made it like it was an English muffin. No tomato no lettuce such a waste of my money. This is just one example I recently had just today I’ve had multiple failures from this place all from people rushing. If the cashier didn’t even hear me then he needs to ask and confirm.The amount of money I spent on 2 failed bagel belts is sad and I won’t be buy from this location at all anymore.

The female staff is really arrogant and they’re too egoistic. It happed thrice every time I’ve been at drive thru i recieved wrong items in order and on of it they never greet properly.
The gentlemen working was in extremely helpful very nice greeting when I walked in, and helped me with the Tim’s express, honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a gas
