I m very disappointed to visit on this tim hortons. There is a philphines guy he dnt understand the english and he is taking orders at the front desk.. He suppose to be work at the back somewhere.. He said okk ok ok .. We dnt have that much time in our lunch break to argue with the staff.. Ridiculous
9:37 in the morning and not busy but they have no dark roast ready,will have to wait 5 minutes for it.No big deal but should have told me at till and would have ordered a different bevy.

the staff are super friendly and the service is always great. you can tell they put in their 100% even during the busiest of times. i’d say i’m a regular customer and i have no complaints. they do their best and are always very helpful with customers!
