Absolutely disgusting behavior I felt unwelcomed they didn't gave my box of donuts right in time. And kept doing people's beverages first. I ordered a Turkey bacon sandwich I ask a paper bag. And she thinks I should bag it myself. Lazy rude workers!!!

Ordered chipotle steak bowl and chicken habanero bowl for to go. Asked kindly the small brown lady staff if I can request for it to be in paper or plastic bag to carry on and SHE SAID we do not have such!?! This staff need to be train with customer service. Like seriously, I can see from afar the paper bags for delivery and you are expecting me to carry the 2 bowl on hand. Good thing i ask another KIND and friendly white lady staff and she is the best and immediately offered to get the delivery paper bag to put my order. Kudos to her:)

Had the worst experience for the last three times I visited this specific location. There’s always something wrong with the food for example This time I ordered a bowl and there was barely any sauce on it. And last time my bagel wasn’t toasted nicely even though I asked for extra toasted. Overall never going back to this location.

I asked for a plain croissant toasted. The cashier said Tim Hortons don't toast croissants. I asked her to grill it instead. She said Tim Hortons don't grill croissants either...However, I always get my croissants either toasted or grilled in other Tim Hortons. She was clearly unaware of Tim Hortons products and services. I don't want to sound racist but based on my experience, most of the time stuff like this happens with people from India. And yes, she was Indian. You rarely find an Indian person who does their job efficiently. Most of time they are very unprofessional.
