I am very disappointed with the customer service at this Tim Hortons location. I had an issue with my online order and tried calling the store 8 times, but no one picked up the phone. It’s extremely frustrating when employees don’t answer calls, especially when customers need help resolving order problems. Tim Hortons should ensure that staff are more attentive and responsive to customer concerns.

This morning I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they couldnt even get that right. I was given a plain bagel with nothing, no cream cheese like I ordered or even butter. Unfortunately this isnt the first time nor the second where they’ve either gotten my order wrong or forgotten to give me part of my order. Once again I am displeased with my service.

Very thank you for one person name Minghui. He got very good smile and keep great attitude, even he got line up after me, but never quickly pass me. Patiently answered my questions about reward and redeem points. This is my first time come here, I was very happy and satisfied, I pretty sure he is wonderful person to other people, I will come more time to this location because of him!!

If you are buying a gift card from this location, beware. I purchased a $50 dollar gift card for Mother’s Day. My mom notified me a week later that there was no funds left on the card after 4 coffees ($10). I confirmed on my bank statement I was charged $50 dollars but they only loaded $10. Unfortunately the receipt was lost but they were not willing to make it right when I returned to discuss the issue.

The experience was really good here. This Tim Hortons is my go-to spot for a quick and satisfying breakfast. Their coffee is consistently fresh, and the staff is always friendly. Specially one girl there may be she was the supervisor her name was Rajvir.

This location has mid food quality and customer service is much better than other Tim’s location. The only issue is the washroom. They are never cleaned and smells so bad. This location just needs a new renovation, besides this, everything seems perfect.

My parents had a horrible experience on October 29th and October 30th 2024. Ordered tea with 2 teabags through the drivethru and left while drinking the tea. Only to find one one teabag, it was undrinkable. They went back to the same location the day after and was met with attitude and rudeness. Asked the guy there to speak with the manager and he brought some girl. She was very rude and said that they did what they wanted to and that what you order does not matter. Asked for the receipt but they declined. Asked again if she was the manager and she declined. So she was pretending to be the manager for the duration as we had asked to speak with the manager. Also hid her name tag with her hand so we can't even write the name. Have lodged a formal complaint against this restaurant as this location is disrespectful to its customers, hides their names and does whatever they want. Shame on the company and the franchise owner for hiring such people that cannot respect others.

I sometimes get steeped tea from here in the afternoon and evenings. Unlike other Tim Hortons, it is always cold.

It was a nice place, interesting atmosphere. The food was ok, I got a bagel with cream cheese, tomato and bacon. One thing that was kinda on the low side was that the bacon wasn’t crispy or fully cooked like they usually do at other locations I mean this place probably is different but the bacon wasn’t really cooked enough. Could be a bit better but I enjoyed it. Thanks!!
