This location has mid food quality and customer service is much better than other Tim’s location. The only issue is the washroom. They are never cleaned and smells so bad. This location just needs a new renovation, besides this, everything seems perfect.

My parents had a horrible experience on October 29th and October 30th 2024. Ordered tea with 2 teabags through the drivethru and left while drinking the tea. Only to find one one teabag, it was undrinkable. They went back to the same location the day after and was met with attitude and rudeness. Asked the guy there to speak with the manager and he brought some girl. She was very rude and said that they did what they wanted to and that what you order does not matter. Asked for the receipt but they declined. Asked again if she was the manager and she declined. So she was pretending to be the manager for the duration as we had asked to speak with the manager. Also hid her name tag with her hand so we can't even write the name. Have lodged a formal complaint against this restaurant as this location is disrespectful to its customers, hides their names and does whatever they want. Shame on the company and the franchise owner for hiring such people that cannot respect others.

I sometimes get steeped tea from here in the afternoon and evenings. Unlike other Tim Hortons, it is always cold.

It was a nice place, interesting atmosphere. The food was ok, I got a bagel with cream cheese, tomato and bacon. One thing that was kinda on the low side was that the bacon wasn’t crispy or fully cooked like they usually do at other locations I mean this place probably is different but the bacon wasn’t really cooked enough. Could be a bit better but I enjoyed it. Thanks!!

I’ve had decent service when going here during the day but I came here at 10pm after a late night at work and was looking forward to some food.

I asked for a craveable and they said they only have bagels, so I stepped out of the drive thru so I can call my husband to see if he’s fine with just a bagel. He said yes so I went back into line and all of a sudden they say they don’t have bagels anymore. So I asked them what they have and they said only coffee. I stepped out of the drive thru line again to call my husband to see what he wanted me to do but I wanted to check one last time so I went back into line and asked if they have cookies, donuts, muffins, ANYTHING at all and all of a sudden they say they do have muffins and donuts and some other things. Why didn’t they say this before when I was asking what they have and all they said was coffee? And what happened to the bagels that magically disappeared? CLEARLY JUST LAZY WORKERS THAT DON’T WANT TO DO THEIR JOB.

You are open 24 hours! You should have food prepped for all hours of the night. Not just coffee past 9pm. Terrible service. Will be choosing somewhere else to dine in the late nights.

Well, I don't usually do this but this Tim’s is so difficult to order from. I had to repeat my drink order to them three times, and they got it wrong. Everyone was so disorganized and seemed like they genuinely did not care about actually doing their jobs. They also got my food order wrong. I asked for two bagels, one of them has to be toasted, and both have to have butter. I get it's a pretty confusing order but they added cream cheese to both bagels and toasted both of them

Extremely rude evening staff stole .05 cents from and told me I’m petty for asking for 5 cents change. Literal thief. A brown woman working drive thru today long dark hair Oct 7 8:42pm. Fire her! Discrimination lack of professionalism and theft. This is them avoiding my camera while I documented everything for their manager. Shame on that staff.

Man, this is an incompetent Tim's, a close second to the Beausejour Tim's. They didn't direct where the order would come out, when they called it out it was a low mumble. People were standing around, confused. The hasbrowns were soggy and lukewarm (this was about 1230, they should have been piping hot and crisp!), the Egg Bites were lukewarm.

Worst Tim's I have been too. Staff is extremely slow. I ordered an ice capp it was literally just frothy cream no flavor at all. Staff said that's how they are I told him this bs and he wouldn't fix the order. I won't be going there ever again
