Extremely unprofessional experience at this location. Harshpreet Kaur showed a complete lack of respect, courtesy, and responsibility. Instead of providing proper training, she avoided her duties, played loud music, and refused to teach anything beyond basic cleaning tasks. Her behavior toward new employees was dismissive and rude, and when my family tried to get clarification, she responded with an attitude that no customer or employee should ever have to deal with.
Her conduct created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. This is not the level of professionalism expected from a workplace representing a major brand. Management needs to seriously evaluate her behavior and address the lack of proper training, communication, and respect shown to others. Absolutely unacceptable experience.

This is my morning stop. The coffee is usually quite good, Same goes for my food. I enjoy being served by Karrie as she’s prompt, accurate and usually has a good joke. Karrie keeps the tables clean, bathrooms well kept And always with a big smile.

Five stars is for Karrie Our morning coffee is always made nicer when Karrie is on shift she is friendly and has a great outlook The restaurant is always so much cleaner when Karrie is working Tables are clean and washrooms are spotless
You always know when she's not there the tables are always dirty and the washrooms are pretty bad I'm pretty sure over the weekends no one cleans them properly Love when Karrie is working she makes my mornings

I rate this Tim's at 5 stars only when Karrie is working. She takes such good care of the building keeping everything clean and well stocked as well as serving customers in her usual friendly manner. I'd rate the store at 2.5 stars when Karrie is not there

Incredibly friendly staff. Staff member Holly was particularly encouraging. Her bright and friendly demeanour is just the sort of thing I look for in the Tim Hortons experience .
