They shut down everything way before closing. Went in at 4:38 pm and closing time was 5 pm today. Waited at the counter 8 mins for someone to come out and tell me they aren’t taking any more orders as they have already started cleaning as of 4:30 and not brewing anymore. All I wanted was a tea. Pretty useless!

Complaint About Overcharge and Refusal to Refund

Dear Tim Hortons Customer Service,

I am writing to formally report an issue I experienced at king Edward location. I was overcharged for my purchase. I brought the mistake to the attention of the cashier,receptionist immediately, but they refused to provide a refund or resolve the issue in any way. It’s really not about money it’s about the attitude. The staff should give refund directly or compensation at first place. But what they do just ignore the issue and customer. The staff said “ you already paid we will help you next time” excuse me why this time you should fix it and you push everything to next time. Very mad about their attitude and poor customer service. They don’t care about customers all they do just take customer one by one and get things done ASAP.

This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. As a loyal customer, I expect fair treatment and proper handling of billing errors.

If you loose the one person there Anna who is always cheerful and extremely kind. Treat her right.
Fix the lock gate as well. Watching your employees fight with that daily is irritating

Worst customer service ever couldnt even barely take my order cause of the language barrier nobody in the store and still took 15 mins put food in small bag and was so upset forgot my doughnuts cause I was going to be late Nad this happens all the time maybe hire people who want to work and can speak English at least at a grade 3 level cause that was ridiculous
