The staff is highly commendable, and the establishment is exceptionally well-organized. It has become my regular stop for breakfast.

I just went through the drive-thru and got my lunch 😋. The staff was super nice, especially Grace and Harbir. Their hospitality is always the best. I'd totally recommend everyone to visit there 👍 😀

We ordered two steep teas: one was double double and the other was triple triple, but they didn't write the difference of these steep teas. Also, there was another order of black original blend, but they didn't give a sleeve. Really bad service.

This Tim Hortons has the best ambiance in the city — clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick and consistent. I love to spend my time here.

I have never been to this location before today and I don't think ill be back. I got 6 donuts and these are by far the worst honey crullers I've ever tried. Dry, and over cooked or stale! I wouldn't be surprised if these things were from yesterday or worse. It seems like everytime I give tims a try the quality get worse, yuck!

I went in to order a farmers wrap this morning at 8:45 I placed the order waited for over 20 minutes for my food and never got it at that point I had to leave for work and was not happy. I asked the man who served me if I could get my money back and he said no. The service there is awful I recommend it to absolutely nobody. The staff is rude and the service is slow if zero was an option they would get it.

This Tim Hortons might take its sweet time getting your order out, but it’s hard to stay mad when the atmosphere’s this good. The place just feels cozy — calm music, clean tables, and that unmistakable smell of fresh coffee that makes every Winnipeg morning feel a bit better.
Sure, the line moves slower than traffic on Portage after a Jets game, but once you sit down, it’s honestly one of the nicest, most relaxing Tims in the city. Perfect spot to sip, scroll, and just enjoy the vibe.

Very bad customer service. Morning staff has always been nice but it’s my 2nd time being rudely served by evening staff.

Had worst experience ever. Management has a-lots to improve, first of all to change attitude towards customer as well as their own staff. Team members always looks like under a-lots of stress. Manager needs to go easy on staff.

Not the best experience . long wait times and the order was incorrect. Poor management - staff looked stressed and service suffered because of it. Management needs serious improvement.

Yesterday afternoon (October 7), my friends and I went to this branch of Tim Hortons to celebrate a birthday. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly — they surprised us by bringing cupcakes and singing “Happy Birthday”! 🎉
It was such a lovely and memorable moment.
A big thank you to all the amazing staff for their warm smiles and great service. You truly made our day special! 💖
