Yesterday i went to this place on drive-thru at around 9pm and the staff there, she was abrupt. She should learn to crack a small smile to customers. Afterwards, Today i went to tims to pick up ice cap as i have to start my work i was in hurry. i ordered the ice cap for one of my employees. I picked it up and strainght came to work. I saw that they gave me some orange frozen quencher with whipped cream inspite of confirming double times. That was disappointed. Same day in the evening i went there again to get a bagel and the bagel they gave me was so stale and stiff as well as burnt.
When i went there second time i complaint about the wrong order they previously gave me, no doubt she offered me subsitute but i already paid for the drink. I would say the experience was so unsatisfactory and displeased. I really hope that i don't have to deal with this type of service again in future.

I am so so impressed by customer service of Sukhdeep ( evening staff on Monday)... we came along drive thru and she took our order, n when she noticed we have a dog in back seat, she herself gave our dog treat ( timbits for free) ...havent seen such customer service in a long time.. Good Job sukhdeep ...

Ordered on the app for drive thru. Pep pizza. & coffee. Waited 14/ min for pizza, clerk apologized for long wait. Pizza died. Crust inedible, hard and cooked twice maybe? Good friendly service. Nicely decorated atmosphere fir Christmas.
Had a bacon farmers wrap today. Worst wrap I have ever had hands down. Nothing about it was fresh, not even the grilling. Came out of a warming drawer. At 7:20 am when it should be made fresh. Tim Horton's has gone downhill so bad it's a damn shame. The workers don't even care there just here on work visas anyways. 7-11 has better coffee and food for cheaper. I'd give negative stars if I could.

The people at this store do not listen to you when they order as they are to busy carrying in conversations in other languages. Darcy the manager called me today after the complaint of the rude workers he has that do not have any respect for any customers came to him again and told me i am no longer allowed at the store. He refuses to apply the rules set by head office in his store. The failing starts with him cause he allows this stuff to happen. Do not go to this store.
