Very Toxic place and bad managment.

I work in the area and have been going here for 11+ years. The below photo is typical of how you receive food at this location. That is exactly how I unwrapped the sandwich. The food is not usually made with care or professionalism. I often like to get a bagel - but you need to ask for it to be triple toasted if you just want a regular toasted bagel...
The regular long term staff at this location are great - but many of the newer employees are not. It's unfortunately gotten to the point where If I see certain staff making food - I won't order food.

Waited in the drive through for 22 minutes, finally got home with my families order and the sandwiches were completely wrong. Ordered two bagel belts on everything bagels add mayo. Received half the order right but no produce (tomatoes or lettuce) only a bagel, egg, cheese, sausage and mayo. The bill was over $24, when I scanned my Tims card it should've taken off my latte but the discount never happened. When I asked the cashier during paying she said it did not obviously not since its a $5 drink. So annoyed and when I drove off the cars in line had tripled! Get it together, just awful way to start the day.

I’m very disappointed, I ask for the same order of tea and at almost all locations it is made wrong, they always punch in the 3milks 2sihars which is what I asked but when they make it it’s very clearly made wrong and always so sugary or to hot cause not enough milk I put my trust into the location and it’s really starting to go down hill

I flip flop between going here and remembering why I don't. Lids not on properly, spilling in the car. Not enough tea bags for the size of beverage. A plethora of reasons to not go here anymore. Bad habbits, go figure.

I used drive-thru, and my order got completely messed up. I ordered a large chili, and I got it small, I asked for a drink without ice, and they made it with ice. I had to remind them to give me a straw for my drink. The last straw was when I came home and found a dirty wooden knife in the bad with food.

I ordered habenaro chicken loaded wrap
N it was garbage. Wrap full of rice n over cooked chicken no habenaro sauce
So sour because jalapeños were just at end of the wrap in my last bite. Wrap was not even wraped properly
