Roast Beef Craveable sandwich and dark roast double double. Always delicious. I'm glad the roast beef craveable is still on the menu.

Service is usually good, except sometimes I will hand a staff member $2.05 in loose change for my med coffee and some of them ask me how much it is that I handed to them.. it's YOUR job to count and confirm I gave you the proper amount and give me my change if there is any. One staff member there doesn't like when you ask for a sleeve for your hot drink. Scoffs and gives a dirty look when you ask.
Atmosphere is usually busy, which is okay as I'm happy to see people out with friends and family enjoying their time together - but the homeless that linger outside the doors and sometimes sleep inside the restaurant makes it extremely uncomfortable at times. I get that staff and management can only do so much and they do have security at night which is great, but maybe the security guy should get off his phone and pay attention.
As for the food/drink - I can't speak on the food as it's been awhile since I've eaten something from Tim Hortons. But in the last week, the coffee has been ew. I have wasted about $20 expecting maybe the next days coffee will be better, or the next time I go later in the day, maybe the coffee will be better.. it's not. It's tasted very bitter, sometimes it tastes like boiled water with a tiny hint of coffee. It's not the staffs fault but maybe something is up with the machines? Did you guys change up your coffee again?

EDIT: I changed this review and it has absolutely nothing to do with the gentlemen that I recently made this review about, he is still wonderful. This is for all the most recent interactions I’ve had with this company. My partner and I have decided that we will no longer visit this location until all of their staff treat their patrons the way this man does. It is very unfortunate that they don’t hold all of their staff to that level of customer service. Being ignored when we walk in and then skipped over entirely after standing “in line” for 5 minutes is unacceptable. In line is termed loosely as we were the only ones waiting there….until someone else walked in and they decided to serve them instead of us. Do better and hire people that care about all of your patrons.
ORIGINAL: This review is strictly for the very upbeat and happy gentlemen that I often get the pleasure of hearing when I go through the drive through at this location. I live and work close and always leave smiling after interacting with him!
I tell everyone about him and that they should go here to hopefully encounter him as well! This man should be running this location and training all the employees!!

I’ve been to this Tim Hortons (by the Supercentre) a few times, usually through the drive-thru for lunch. The experience has been just okay, but could be better.
On three separate occasions, I ordered two chili bowls and my order was accepted, only to be told at the pay window that they only had enough for one. This has happened three times in a row, during lunchtime, which makes me question whether anyone is monitoring inventory or preparing fresh batches when needed.
While the staff aren’t rude, the consistency at this location is lacking compared to other Tim Hortons nearby. I usually prefer to go elsewhere now.

If your online payment is not working in night then its not my problem. Your night employee declined my order bcoz I didn’t carry cash? Why can i carry cash I don’t know ur card machine is working or not!! See your machines otherwise find any alternative and don’t decline orders because of your mistake thanks!! This same thing happened again this night worst tim and staff thanks!!

Very Toxic place and bad managment.
I work in the area and have been going here for 11+ years. The below photo is typical of how you receive food at this location. That is exactly how I unwrapped the sandwich. The food is not usually made with care or professionalism. I often like to get a bagel - but you need to ask for it to be triple toasted if you just want a regular toasted bagel...
The regular long term staff at this location are great - but many of the newer employees are not. It's unfortunately gotten to the point where If I see certain staff making food - I won't order food.
