They didn't have what we asked for twice they made mistakes on the order incorrect amount of item in the bag incorrect item in the bag four times we were there the person we spoke to could not understand English, and had to get another coworker, who also had a difficult time with English and screwed up the order, brutal please make sure your employees are able to grasp the English language before putting them on a service position

I visited this location and I was greeted by a very friendly lady, Julia. She was very charismatic and very helpful. This is my favourite Tim Hortons location due to the wonderful interaction I had with this young lady. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Ordered through drive through and received two ice coffees - one with no ice and the other with hardly any ice cubes. Then I scanned my app for points and to pay, and the cashier said the scan didn’t work so she scanned it twice more. Hope the people behind me enjoyed their free order. That wasn’t planned. I unlinked my app and won’t be back to this location ever.

I often this location every couple of weeks; today was honestly a disappointing visit. I went through the drive through and found that it was unusually slow and when I approached speaker box and ordered I asked if there was a donut apart of the new Baileys promotion and then I could hear the team members laughing; were they laughing at me ? The person who helped at the window also had a smirk on their face and kind of laughed when I paid. I double checked later on and there is a donut apart of the Baileys promotion that will be released on November 20th ("Baileys Boston Cream Donut"); perhaps the staff need more education to speak to their own menu and guide customers rather than just a "NO". Will I be back to this location ... probably because realistically where else can I get similar donuts like Tim's in Winnipeg, especially for the price; maybe I'll try somewhere new once the Krispy creme opens up on Sterling Lyon in 2024.

Walk out without being served and went to McDonald's.Literally stood in line for 10 minutes not one person served. Everyone working drive thru and filling online orders.This Tim's specifically is BRUTAL for walk in service. They do not care about dine in customer at all. Clearly not enough staff working. It is horrible. Not the first time I've walked out at this place.

I was here during breakfast. There was this young Indian girl who greeted me very nicely(Eknoor) that’s what her Name-tag read. Always smiling. She took my order so precisely. The store was busy though but she still managed to serve guests with positive attitude. She truly deserves a raise.
Store is NOT 24 hours, the drive thru is open 24 hours and even though the actual Tim Hortons website and Google Maps both say dine-in is 24 hours it's not

This location use to be wonderful. But lately it’s gone down hill. Last few times my bagel has been just covered with butter. It’s disgusting. Some of the staff are wonderful while other staff members need to work on their customer service.
