I had the rudest drive thru attendant today (August 28th @ 1:50pm) I was trying to make my order and it sounded like the lady had her headset sat on the counter so I asked her to speak up and then she was down right rude with me, i was trying to place my order and she was repeatedly talking over me and rushing me to go to pay, mind you I was the only car in the drive thru. I ended up canceling my order due to how she was speaking to me, i went inside to lodge a complaint and the lady i talked to clearly did not care. If this is the type of staff this location hires then id steer clear. Very apparent they dont do any form of training on how to talk to customers.

I always enjoy visiting this Tim Hortons. The staff are friendly, polite, and provide quick service even during busy hours. The coffee is always fresh, and the food is served hot and consistent.
