Thanks for making my food and all health protocols a joke.I recently ordered a chicken wrap from this tim hortons, and to my dismay, I found hair in it not once, but multiple times. This is utterly unacceptable and speaks volumes about the hygiene standards at this establishment.Upon discovering the hair, I immediately lost my appetite and felt disgusted. It’s deeply concerning that such a basic aspect of food preparation, hygiene, is being overlooked. Not only is finding hair in food unappetizing, but it also raises serious health concerns.I expected better from a reputable chain like Tim Hortons. This experience has left me with a complete lack of trust in their ability to provide safe and hygienic food. I urge the management to take immediate action to ensure that incidents like this do not occur in the future. Until then, I will be avoiding Tim Hortons altogether.

Very slow drive thru and inside service 4 people working on the drive thru 1 person taking in restraunt orders drive thru is completely backed up so I came inside and waited in a line of 7 people for over 15 min just to grab 1 coffee. This is a regular occurring situation when I end up at this

Completely mangled my breakfast sandwich, and didn’t cut my husband’s bagel in half. Had to ask 3 times for ketchup.

The drive thru line was long and did not move very quickly. This doesn't bother us if when it's our turn the service and food are good. On our last visit, neither were good. The person taking our order could not hear us well despite speaking loudly and slowly. Their English was not great. (Not usually a problem but Saturday morning breakfast rush made this a more difficult adventure). The order taker did not know how to answer our questions. To top it all off, I had crunchy egg shell in my farmers breakfast wrap.

Always out of stuff. Blackberry quencher, "sorry we don't carry that". Every other location does! Take it off the menu then! Retro Dutchie, sorry we are out! Three times I went! Maybe make more! Iced Latte, "sorry we can't make as the machine is down". Ok a decaf coffee, "sorry that will take 5 minutes as we have to make a fresh pot". It's 730 am and the drive through is full and you run out of decaf. I will drive out of the way to avoid this location!
Worst Tim ever, Employee were yelling at each other , other than taking care of my food... Girls there sound like they are having a fight with each other. The supervisor was treating staff so bad.. They need to be taught how friendly work environment works. It was soo disturbing to watch... very unprofessional people. And my cofee was not stirred properly. I had to ask for my bagel again but very bad experience... Won't recommend att all
