Terrible Experience at Tim Hortons 2147 St. Mary’s Rd

I am deeply disappointed by the unsanitary and unprofessional conduct I witnessed at this Tim Hortons location on 2147 St. Mary’s. The staff were not only rude and dismissive, but also clearly violating basic food safety standards. Several employees were working with long, uncovered hair, and none of them appeared to be wearing any kind of head or hair protection.
As a customer, I expect a minimum level of hygiene from any food service establishment, especially one operating under the national Tim Hortons brand. This is a serious health concern that should be addressed immediately. @HealthCanada, I strongly urge your department to conduct an inspection of this location and review the food handling certifications of all staff currently working there.
If these basic safety measures are being ignored so openly, one can only imagine what’s going on behind the scenes. This is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location unless major changes are made.
Cleanliness, respect, and professionalism should never be optional, especially in the food industry.

They discriminate against white people by only hiring Indians. What happened to diversity? I have no idea what they're saying. The bathroom had fecal matter on the seat. The food is now horrible. There's always a mistake with my order. I'm no longer going there.

Ordered WHITE hot chocolate with espresso but only got regular hot chocolate with espresso. Did not only happen once, but twice!!!

PS: I know this location has white hot chocolate cause I ordered it before.

The amount of times I have come here and have been rudely served by staff. For 1 in the summer there was flies all over the donuts and bagels.
2) the staff are just absolutely rude. One women took my order I asked for a double double made with oat milk and it was made with milk and proceeded to clarify it was made wrong and I was told No that I was wrong and I never said oat milk.
3) I had a friends mom manage a Tim Hortons in the early 2000-2010 and from what she stated if they were to run out of product especially donuts you had to make more and not tell your customers you have none at 730 pm.
Tim Hortons has really gone down hill and it’s unfortunate as it was such a Canadian staple. Now it’s just darn right disappointing.

Ordered through drive through and ordered two breakfast sandwiches and I ordered it through the mobile app so they had time to make my order and the English muffins were not even toasted just raw . I ended up just throwing out the two sandwiches cause I don’t have time to go back . I am not impressed. I should have went to McDonald’s.

Me and my boyfriend ordered farmers wraps and donuts and right as we paid the lady told us they didn’t have hash browns, so we had to get a refund but then we found out they charged us a couple extra bucks, we found out due to me and him originally using one card and I just pay him back for my half but when we asked for a receipt they didn’t give us one so we had to search up the prices and yes we included taxes but it was still less then what we paid for at the register. Not sure if this was a mistake or somehow the register charges you more than the app? Either way I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this certain place and this was my last time supporting this one store, it’s disappointing since it’s the closest one but I can’t deal with the disappointment!

Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons in the city. The staff are rude and disrespectful. Went through the drive thru to pick up 2 coffees, they handed the coffees to me without sleeves. I asked for sleeves and she said they had none, then I asked for double cups, she lied and said company policy is to not give double cups. I think asked again for a selve and she said she could only give one. I questioned her why she lied to me before and then she scoffed and handed two sleeves.

Shocking unprofessional and disgusting management at this location. It's insulting how cheap they are training their employees to lie to customers to save on giving out sleeves.

Really curious what corporate has to say about this and the damage this terribly managed Tim Hortons is doing to their brand.

Someone from Tom Hortons corporate needs to review this location, it's owners and the management. Don't waste your time or money here.

The male staff didn’t know what he is doing, he scanned my offer and cancel after, my offer can’t use again it was his fault he keep saying my offer can’t be used but I just got the offer. I asked him why can’t he ask his manager he just stood there confused. How come Tim Hortons hire this kinda worker.

This tim hortons is genuinely disappointing, I’m not one to leave reviews on places, but I can’t believe how horrible this location has gotten. Rude staff, cold food, and burnt coffee. Highly recommend to others to go to a different location and avoid this one if you have the opportunity. Not to mention the drive thru set up seems to confuse people??? Nobody ever knows which lane to go into so after years of that you’d think more signs or something would be put up.
