Please hire more people at least during busy hours. The line is crazy long. Just 02 employees cannot handle the customers in early mornings. Just try to allocate more employees & try have 02 employees as cashiers and another employees to give the items, it will increase the productivity rather than 02 employees doing all the activities

We ordered 2 sandwiches but they weren't made right so I went to return them. The teenager who was making the sandwiches wanted to take the contents from the wrong sandwiches and use them in the new sandwiches. I said no, just make 2 brand new sandwiches. Then the manager came in a told me they wouldnt remake the food unless I gave them the wrong sandwiches, so they could be thrown away. I said that's a waist, you guys messed up the order please just make the new sandwiches we r going to keep the wrong ones. Needless to say they refused.
I guess its against Tim hortons policy to accept fault or try and be eco friendly.

Stop supporting Tim Hortons. This place is the epitome of what is wrong with Canada's economy. Poor quality, bad service and over priced. These places are managed and operated by corporate shills who cant comprehend nuanced situations.

This is the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I have been there several times and each time I have had a negative experience. Today, I waited 10 minutes for them to take the order of the people in front of me, and then they did not even have ice caps so I was unable to order anything. Very unprofessional from the employees, who seem to be unable to work at an appropriate pace.

These poor employees only have 2 people staffed on a Saturday at 7am ! The line up has 50+ people in it.
This location needs to treat their staff better by staffing appropriate amounts.

Was not able to get an Iced Cap made with chocolate milk. Not particularly happy….

Fast, friendly service.

Card reader always not working. Staff were all rude and act like they don't care if you buy or not. Food was pre made which is alarming as it can cause food poisoning. Manager was rude too. Ended up not getting anything. MFP must look into it.

There is no reason for a Tim Hortons first of all being tucked in at the end of the airport. Secondly it is totally understaffed. I was about 20th in line. Line moved slow. People expect “fast food” service especially at an airport where you should not wait for a “timely” coffee.

It’s convenient to have a Timmie’s here by Gate 12 in Departures.

There was only two staff when I got there in the morning on a Friday. There was a big lineup and it wasn’t the fastest, but they were doing their best.

The food and drinks coming out were okay. I got the sausage scrambled eggs loaded box and it was a bit messy.

Ordered breakfast box - it was cold - hash browns were rubbery eggs were cold and tasteless and then had a big blob of some sauce. It was really awful - took it back and ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese and it was slapped together with big gobs of cream cheese everywhere
Service was slow even though not busy
I raised my concern to server and brought him back the breakfast box and he just stared at me - said nothing

Employees working to their breath inhumane conditions. Understaffed during holiday season, line up of 50 people 1hr long line up.

One of the poorest customer service experiences in a long time.

The muffin that was sold was old, when I went to ask the cashier went to the back and said that the fresh once were not baked yet. She didn’t offer to exchange it for another item or apologized for serving old muffins.

She just looked at me as though my request was ridiculous. When I told her I don’t want an old muffin she threw it in the garbage and called the next customer. I told her that 30 years ago when I was a young kid I also worked at Tim Hortons and we were always expected to be pleasant to customers, she just shrugged. This is my last time at any Tim Hortons! Not what you expect when you first arrive to a new city. No wonder the rating of this location is 2.8 stars! It should be 1.
