This has to be the worst tims.. the drive through is always backed up and the window staff don't really seem to care. There's maybe 3 staff members who work here who seem to care but you can see that light slowly fade from their eyes..
Stop telling us you just have to check if you have what we ordered. You do not need to check if you have coffee for my double double, and if you do...well then maybe this isn't the best place for you to be working

$6 for a piece of bacon a little piece on cheese in the corner and an egg cut in half. In my perspective I don’t see much of a resemblance at all between these two images, quite excessive.

WHY IS IT SO HARD TO GET AN UNTOASTED BAGEL I CANNOT EAT THE BAGELS WHEN THEY ARE TOASTED IT MAKES MY GUMS BLEED THEY'RE HARD I DON'T LIKE IT THAT WAY I WANT A NICE SOFT BAGEL I ORDERED IT ON THE APP NOT TOASTED IT'S NOT EVEN A SPECIAL NOTE IT'S AN ACTUAL OPTION, TOASTED: YES OR NO, I ALWAYS HIT NO, but for some reason the staff are so incompetent they can't follow one simple instruction.
Edit to add: I just opened up my breakfast sandwich to find out that they're trying to poison me. I ordered a simply sausage because I can't have egg because I'm allergic to egg but my sandwich has egg in it so I can't eat any of my breakfast now. It's also dripping with butter which I also didn't order.

The service is terrible. Went inside They got my order wrong. Wait times are long, kept tell me to wait on the side and then they had my food the other side. The whole place is disorganized. Will not come here again.

Was here with my dad. I feel like he's kind of disappointed with me overall as a person.
The staff was really nice.
Food was good. Pizza and sandwich thing was dope.
I might not have been the best son. Guess I can see where he's coming from.

Terrible. Ordered chilli and bread and the bread was tough and hard and then butter that came with it was frozen. Staff calling out yelling across the orders through the window, makes it loud atmosphere. Bells ringing all over the place and nobody answering them. Most of the staff very unprofessional. They could use some customer service in this establishment. People sleeping in the booths. Other people sitting with computers in front of them and no food or coffee ordered. They sit there for hours even though the other customers are waiting for seats. Bring back customer service! Bring back the courtesy of your employees. Terrible.

I once ordered a Boston cream donut here. it was filled to the brim! I’ve never had a Boston cream donut like this before. It changed my life. This was maybe 2-3 years ago and I still think of that donut. My great white buffalo. Whoever made donuts that day deserves a Nobel prize. I still get a Boston cream here and there but nothing would ever compare to the one I had that day.
