How hard is it to make an ice cap w almond milk? I order them often enough to know they're not supposed to taste like flavoured water. At the price that these coffee shops are charging for these overpriced drinks today, you'd think they'd perform some sort of quality control w their employees. Like, if you can't make an ice cap - retrain them!!

As someone who dines at a Tim Hortons every other Sunday with my family, I am deeply unsatisfied with the service here.

The food remains to be consistent throughout each branch, however the way they operate as a team in terms of organization and as a unit is not up to par especially in a fast food setting when you know Sunday is a busy time both for the employees and the patrons here.

Please take this as a constructive criticism as I hope you guys can improve and work as one whole unit.

I spent 45 dollars and ordered on the app for this location, the driver for the order claims it was delivered, and it definitely
was not. I had to reorder on a different app and I’m being refused my refund. I’ve tried to get a hold of support and they are literally ignoring me so I paid 45$ for an order I never recieved. Very disappointing and very angry about this.

Bathroom Facilities are disgusting. Need to be better maintained as both were almost unusable. Overall cleanliness needs to be better.
Food areas seems cleaner than others locations though.

I went to get a coffee early in the morning. I was the only car in drive thru and I ordered a large double double with an expresso shot. Pretty simple order. When I pulled up to the window the coffee was already at the window. There is absolutely no way they could have given me anything fresh. Not sure how you make an expresso in less than 4 seconds. 5 min later when I took a sip, it was room temperature and easily the most disgusting coffee I've ever had in my life. Tim Hortons will reply with some copy paste bs and think nothing of it. Embarrassing to say the least. Enjoy the 3 dollars, I'll never be back. McDonald's can have my money. At least they can get an order correct
