This place was so bad you cannot make it up. Came to pick up an online order (couple sandwiches and drinks) 10 mins after it was placed. The guy hasn't even started on it. I spent 20 minutes waiting after that and left without the second sandwich as I was late by then. I was the only customer. I also had to ask the guy to change his gloves after he went out of the cooking area and came back and wanted to prepare food after touching doors and handles. He needed to get a bun from the store room 3 times. No bun supply in the kitchen?? One of the drinks had a moldy aftertaste so it had to be dumped. Never seen service like that.

I got a too-good-to-go surprise box, and I got really surprised. More than half of the box was bread, while it was supposed to be donuts. I wouldn't come back to this store anymore.

Just got 50 Timbits at 7:45am and they taste like day-olds. Had originally given up on this location (used to go there every day for like 4 months on way to work) as they kept getting my orders wrong. Figured I would come back cuz of the stale donuts. Should never happen first thing in the morning. ---- edit *10 min later* just figured out they gave me half a box of plain timbits when I said no plain. (I thought it was a simple order - 1 box of timbits, no plain please).
