The employees clearly dont care one bit about their job. Im not expecting stellar service from a tim hortons, but what I also dont expect is to wait for 15 mins after order my coffee being skipped over by no less then probably 16 people. Then I have to ask them if they are making my coffee, explain to them that I ordered a large pumpkin spice latte. They make a medium pumpkin spice iced latte. I tell them it was a large regular pumpkin spice latte, they then poor the medium pumpkin spice iced latte into a large cup, add more milk and hand me what is now a large dumpling spice iced latte with the syrup and coffe size of a medium. Im not that picky of a person and I would care if they just got one thing wrong, but why all of this?

This place is absolutely abysmal. Chronically understaffed, and lines that stretch across the entire building. At one point I waited 14 minutes in line for a damn coffee.
And that’s not to mention the staff grabbing food with their bare hands, and dust and dirt everywhere.
And I bet you they won’t change a thing. The owner will just respond to this with a link to a feedback form like always.
I know it’s the only place nearby for a coffee, but consider going elsewhere.

There are always broken machines, no food serving after 2 pm and no choice of other snacks.
I’m honestly surprised Tim Hortons is willing to attach their name to such a disgusting location. There is garbage and dirt everywhere. Literally mounds of trash in the corners. If this is what we can see customer facing, I can only imagine how poor the food handling is. The state of cleanliness is absolutely appalling.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see this place shut down soon once CFIA has a look.

If your coffee machine or frother doesn’t work, tell this to people before they have to wait 20 minutes in a queue
Put a sigh or something
Nice relaxing place for my morning coffee before class

This location and the University Centre location are always short staffed by Aramark. They don’t care how slow the service is. The staff are good but what can they do when management refuses to properly staff either location?

Would have given it more stars but is closed for the summer
Very limited selection and always takes a very long time to have a drink made. But still, it’s a Tim Hortons and at the end of the day you get what you ordered which I suppose is what matters. Limited seating in the area so don’t expect to immediately sit down.
Don't waste your time, staff are not trained properly, they tried changing me 15 dollars for an item they had advertised for 9 dollars. They should review the consumer act because this place is a joke and the food isn't even good.

Absolutely worst experience, the staff is super rude and definately needs more training, Always have cold and sour coffee. Definitely not worth visiting. GPA is far better.
