Ordered a drink through the app today at 14:19 while near the store in the mall. Waited for over 10 minutes to have my order called out only to wait in line and find that my drink wasn't even started. The base of the drink sat there in a separate cup for over 10 minutes. I asked the employee to cancel it and she refused to do so. I explained I had to be elsewhere [reason for app ordering, thinking it'd be quicker] and couldn't wait for it to be finished, yet this employee refused to cancel the order. It was a $6 iced latter with double espresso... hope somebody enjoyed it because my card was still charged!

So far the worst customer service experience. I waited in line for 20 mins before ordering a savory pastry. The pastry I ordered was overdone and became extra soggy and limpy. Staff looked lethargic and unengaged. Lots of improvement opportunities here, please do better.

The employee working at the register was a bit abrasive at first, but this did not bother me too much because the environment was quite busy at the time, which I understand would be a bit stress-inducing. I ordered an iced mocha with an extra shot of espresso. I had no complaints regarding this drink. It was refreshing and the taste of the espresso was prominent and to my liking. However, it did lack the sweetness that one usually associates with a mocha. This was just fine by me though, as I meant to ask for less syrup anyways. PSA-this might not be the best place to go to if you love extra-sweet drinks. Would I come back? Yes I would - the store is conveniently located within the mall and the employees took the time to prepare my order correctly (kudos to them for that)
This tims have all the Indian employees and they are very very slow. Once I was waiting in the line for 15 minutes having just 2/3 customers in front of me because the Indian girl employees were fighting and talking loud out there inside the kitchen !!! Very under rated custmer service and worst trained employees ever!!! They are just ruining the taste of the hot beverages day by day!!! They really need to learn how to behave with customers and how to do time management rather than keeping customers waiting in the line and wasting their valuable time!!!

This location is busy. Staff looks tired and lacks of good customer service. They wont even look at you in the eye and each do their own job on their station. Good place to enjoy afternoon coffee after walking around the mall.

Worst Tim Hortons in the city. There’s always a crazy line and placing an order for pickup still takes 15+ minutes before they even acknowledge having an order to make. On the rare occasion there’s no one in line, you still end up waiting because they don’t acknowledge your presence in order to continue whatever conversation they’re having with other employees.
