IM HEARTLESS

Considering it's the only 1 in the mall, Service was rather quicker than normal, and staff were friendly.

The employee working at the register was a bit abrasive at first, but this did not bother me too much because the environment was quite busy at the time, which I understand would be a bit stress-inducing. I ordered an iced mocha with an extra shot of espresso. I had no complaints regarding this drink. It was refreshing and the taste of the espresso was prominent and to my liking. However, it did lack the sweetness that one usually associates with a mocha. This was just fine by me though, as I meant to ask for less syrup anyways. PSA-this might not be the best place to go to if you love extra-sweet drinks. Would I come back? Yes I would - the store is conveniently located within the mall and the employees took the time to prepare my order correctly (kudos to them for that)

This tims have all the Indian employees and they are very very slow. Once I was waiting in the line for 15 minutes having just 2/3 customers in front of me because the Indian girl employees were fighting and talking loud out there inside the kitchen !!! Very under rated custmer service and worst trained employees ever!!! They are just ruining the taste of the hot beverages day by day!!! They really need to learn how to behave with customers and how to do time management rather than keeping customers waiting in the line and wasting their valuable time!!!

This location is busy. Staff looks tired and lacks of good customer service. They wont even look at you in the eye and each do their own job on their station. Good place to enjoy afternoon coffee after walking around the mall.

Worst Tim Hortons in the city.
There’s always a crazy line and placing an order for pickup still takes 15+ minutes before they even acknowledge having an order to make. On the rare occasion there’s no one in line, you still end up waiting because they don’t acknowledge your presence in order to continue whatever conversation they’re having with other employees.

Very slow service. Despite having more employees seen at the front than I have at other locations visited here multiple times over the past month due to working in the mall and they're just really slow at putting out their products in a timely manner. Don't know if it's cause they were poorly trained or hired people that just didn't care but I will never go to this location again

Having three staff with a constant big line passing the jewellery store isn’t the greatest, I feel like there’s never a manager present to make sure that things are running smoothly, With having a constant big line and mobile orders, you guys should have more staff on hand every day to make sure people are getting their food, fast and efficient

Waited over 10 mins just for soneone to take my order eventhough i was the first in line. The food took another 10-15 mins. Super slow and the staffs were rude too.
