Tim Hortons is located in Polo Park Mall at the west entrance near the Apple Store. It’s a very small location with limited seating. Service was fast and friendly. There are usually lineups.

I went to pick up my order at Tim Hortons, and the experience was disappointing. The male staff members were polite and respectful, but the two female staff members working during my visit were extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no greeting, no basic courtesy, and their attitude made the whole interaction uncomfortable. I expect better customer service, especially for a simple pickup order. I hope management addresses this issue.

The staff were friendly, but the overall experience was disappointing.
The line was very long, and there was no receipt provided. Orders were left on the counter and customers had to rely on honesty to pick up the right drink, which didn’t feel organized at all.
I ordered a vanilla iced coffee and waited about 10 minutes. When I finally asked about my order, I was told that someone else had taken it. The staff remade the drink for me, which I appreciate, but by then the experience already felt uncomfortable. I honestly wasn’t even sure whether the second drink was originally mine or not.
Even though the staff were polite, the system here made the whole process stressful and unpleasant. I left feeling unsatisfied.

Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. Literally, anytime you go here. You are. Waiting in line for twenty minutes guaranteed. Being a person who actually worked for a tim Hortons for many years and being one of the only workers on I can tell you, this is absolutely ridiculous. It doesn't matter if there's six workers or two, it will be the same time waiting. I honestly don't know how this one still open or why people even go here. Go anywhere else in the mall. I have gotten in line when there's five people and waited 20 minutes with a line did not move. I literally walked out of the, they are more busy taking online orders. Then, they are the people standing in front of them. They need to come up with a better system. I will literally be going anywhere else.

They didn’t run out of tea, several tea orders came in and went. After a while. We were the only two left. Anyway. It left us feeling very awkward.
