Tim Hortons staff at Polo Park do not prioritize mobile orders. Whenever I order a mobile order well in advance it takes about a half hour or more to receive my order. When I finally receive it they don't even call out my name or order number to let me know it is ready. The staff are totally unorganized and all over the place. The staff at this location desperately need customer service skills and retraining. I wouldn't not recommend anyone order from that location.

The owner's response to mine and every other complain is to call guest care. As the Owner, he or she is in charged of managing his or her employees and that is what the owner should do.

I work in the Polo Park mall and go to this Tim's ONLY because its so close but have now decided to boycott this place and will be asking my coworkers to do the same! The staff there are in dire need of some customer service skills! Working in retail myself I know the value of making the customer feel valued. My most recent experience was in ordering a breakfast sandwich which was so horrible I had to spit it out. The egg was pretty much black and the sausage was a party color. I took it back, told them how bad it was, no reaction, no apology, no nothing! I asked for a large soup instead and was informed I could only get a small because it worked out to the same price and if I wanted a large I would have to pay the difference of $1.
How insulting after I made 2 trips there for their negligence! I have been a loyal Tim Horton's customer for about 25 years and have seen first hand the steady decline in service and quality of the food at many different locations but this store takes the cake with their rude, uncaring attitudes!

I got iced coffee couple hours ago, oh my God, I don't know what the hell is wrong with my stomach now it's Soo bad, I puked too and my stomach feels really bad, I order the same thing almost everyday but today was a last day may be, idk if the milk or any product was expired but yeah so bad, not coming back..
