The employee working at the register was a bit abrasive at first, but this did not bother me too much because the environment was quite busy at the time, which I understand would be a bit stress-inducing. This location is busy. Staff looks tired and lacks of good customer service. They wont even look at you in the eye and each do their own job on their station. Good place to enjoy afternoon coffee after walking around the mall.
This location needs to hire more staff specially for weekends. It was busy it took 14 minutes in line to place an order , only 5 persons were working and were using only one till for order taking. Coffee and food was fresh and hot though.
