That was some tasty pizza tonight! Picked up a large pepperoni/bacon and pepperoni/ mushroom for dinner tonight, the crust was so light and every bite was tasty! Best pizza in Winnipeg in my opinion 👍

Sometimes the pizza is absolutely delicious but on one visit the crusts were burnt. They were not busy yet we had a half hour wait for our pizza. The pizza is never cut properly leaving us to cut it with dull knives. Went shortly after it opened yet washrooms were dirty. Server brought out tray of parmesan cheese shakers. The outside of the shakers had not been wiped down and were dirty. Has anyone here got a food handler`s certificate? I doubt it. Normally cold inside. Won`t be back.

The patio was perfect for a Friday night. Excellent calamari and delicious pizza. Glad we could sit outside on a warm night as the inside dining was ridiculously cold - not chilly but cold. It’s Winnipeg in the summer and everyone is in summer clothes (shouldn’t have to bring a jacket or scarf). Will definitely be back, on the patio.

Not to be missed. Get yourself down to this Restaurant. An outstanding pizza, proper ingredients, superbly made crusts and a wonderful patio. They even had Nduja for gods sake. 5 out of 5

Great pizza and burger week burger. Had the burger week burger, pizza, pannifritta and Calamari. We sat on the patio, live Music, good service, lots of space. The burger was excellent. However, the star was the pizza and the pannifritta and calimari which would be more traditional food here. Great spot super comfortable, pizza is New York style. Excellent.

First time seeing Tommy's bigger outdoor patio. Very nice size and liked the setup. Unfortunately wrong time of the summer to visit due to the wasps(which is not the restaurant's fault). Went there for lunch on the patio with family. Absolutely loved a restaurant when straws are provided are metal straws, no plastic or paper. Excellent job. Ordered their pierogi pizza, which was bigger than I thought but that is ok, left overs the next day. Pizza was great, and loved the crust. Will be returning for another visit. Received great service also.

Got 4 slices of pizza as walk-ins for pizza by the slice. We had a wait quite a while but otherwise it was good. Crust a bit burnt but still edible. I would go back to try an actual sit down meal. Overall I was pleased.

We ordered two Classic pepperoni/mushroom pizzas and one calamari appetizer at Tommy's Pizza, upon the recommendation of a neighbor. It was a pick-up order. About the calamari: there was more batter than calamari, to say the truth. The calamaris were very small. About the pizzas: I'm sorry to report that they were tasteless, and that the dough felt like cardboard. There are better pizzas places in Winnipeg, among them, Bonfire Bistro. And, for calamari, Tre Visi Cafe.

I ordered pick-up, I have 2 reasons which brought me to rate this 2/5. Reason 1: Used a coupon which advertised 50% off of ANY pizza. Bought 2 pizzas, but was forced to use the coupon on the cheaper pizza. Had I been aware of this fact before engaging in a transaction, I wouldn't have cared, but this is obviously not what "50% off of any pizza" leads to believe, and the case of how the coupon applies to multiple pizzas is conveniently not mentioned. I highly value transparent business, and this tactic was not transparent. So that really put a dampener on things for me. Reason 2: The pizzas were a good size, if you are a hungry person solely concerned with filling your belly. But the crust was essentially a domino's pizza crust, chewy and dry. The toppings looked interesting on menu - especially the Prosciutto Pear pizza - but were disappointing in reality as they were overdone(over-americanized?) and did not work well with the Domino's pizza crust. It was edible, but the price could've been lower to match the quality. I generally love to support local restaurants, and I imagine it is difficult to run a small restaurant in Winnipeg, especially in these covid times, but this experience disappointed me (especially the first reason) enough that I will not be returning here.
