I was looking forward to it! went last night. The Detroit-style pizza was too spicy. We asked the server if it was spicy, and she said it wasn't. We couldn't eat it. She said it was spicy sauce. When we got it, it had full-sized peppers on it. I like spicy, but this was ridiculous.
The server didn't seem to care. Handed us our bill and a box. I don't recommend it!

Waiter was out of if it and was not very sociable. They should have more waiters if it’s too stressful with one person - crust was good, pizza in whole was mid - the atmosphere was crowded and not intimate, I could barely hear my date.

I was excited to try Tommy Pizzeria, but the experience was terrible. My chicken cutlet came with burnt bread, and instead of fixing it they hid the burnt piece a soggy top. When I sent it back, the manager’s response was, “How does it look and taste?” Completely unprofessional. They still charged me for food I couldn’t eat. Avoid this place awful service and zero accountability.

The food was delicious but boy was it loud in there. I specifically set the reservation for upstairs but, we were seated on the main floor, and I could barely hear across the table there was so much noise.
Was trying to have an enjoyable birthday dinner but when you can't hear across the table you just end up repeating yourself a lot or guessing what the other people said.
Had they follllwed the request the evening would have been a lot more enjoyable

We were finally able to eat here after wanting to for the last year and we wetent disappointed. I forgot to take picture but we got a pepperoni amd bacon pizza, cheesy grlic knots an apple crumble dessert pizza and The Zeppy.
The cheesy garlic knots wete good but you need to like some raw garlic to enjoy them, They also had a huge "glop" of mozzatella on them rather than the cheese being evenly distributed but these are minor challenges in an otherwise excellent appetizer that comes with a fresh made marinara dippong sauce.
The pizzas were fantastic great crust. The saucd was a bit spicy for me but I am a winp in that way, the others with me absolutely LOVED it. All the ingredients seem fresh and the food is so good and so hot its hard not to take thay second bite right aftwr toy jave already burned your mouth on the first one - just eat through the pain people!
The apple cromble dessert was so good ir was another challenge not to keep burning your mouth. Greta sauce, not too sweet and very thinly sliced fresh apples.
Tried out the cauliflower crust 10" pizza and was delicious.

Went in to place an order for pick up after hearing great things about this place The host then asked for my name and number to text/ call me once my food was ready I repeated the number back to her to make sure it was correct, she told us it would be around half an hour so half an hour comes and goes and still no text/call so I drove back and went inside to find out my food had been ready for over 10 minutes and no one thought to contact me like she said she would pizza was cold and does not live up to “canadas best pizza” it tastes like dominos pizza cheap and disappointing I ordered cheesy bread knots as well quality control is out the door here too size of knots we’re not consistent and varied from super small ones to averaged sized. The outside packaging was greasy asf making it a mess to even open for this price I would have expected more I regret leaving a 20% tip on my pick up order customer service is terrible couldn’t even let me know my food was ready and already sitting for some time save yourself the money and just order a pizza from dominos I’ve also worked in many kitchens myself and I know the quality that is expected and this simply isn’t it all employees from FOH to BOH need retraining
