Placed an order for pick up on Monday, March 16, 2020. The service could not have been any better. When I pulled up in front of the restaurant the Manager came out with my order and put it in my vehicle. He brought out the hand held, I tapped my card. Food was now paid for. What wonderful service. Didn't have to come in contact with patrons in the restaurant or touch anything. Oh, about the food! It was absolutely delicious!

Well, I took my sweetheart to Tony roma's for apple crisp dessert. We were seated and the server was great at meeting us and very friendly. BUT, we soon found out that the apple crisp that my sweetheart raved about and wanted and drove 30 minutes to get, was discontinued on their menu. Sooooo sad.

Had a decent lunch with my mom. Ribs were great lobster was very rubbery and a tad overpriced. Service was amazing though. But I'm definitely staying away from their seafood after the flies came over with the lobster

Tony Roma's is my all time favorite restaurant, doesn't matter the location. Ribs are always amazing, never have any complaints. Only thing I think is they should give you the wet wipes right once you get your food (like Montana's does). We unfortunately didn't get any after our meal this time, we had to ask for them.

A menu to satisfy any taste when you have a half dozen of people around the table. Chicken, seafood, ribs or steak or combination thereof with a choice of potato and vegetable, served with a House wine.

My family and I were there this evening to celebrate my birthday, we arrived around 4pm and the restaurant was empty except for one other table. Our waitress did not come around very often and we were in a corner with no other guests. I ordered a peach bellini which came to the table and was not mixed properly very watery and the waitress spilt it on the table. We ordered 2 kids meals neither got the veggies and dip to start. The onion loaf came and was barely cooked. My steak was very fatty and lacked flavor and French fries were cold. The teriyaki chicken dish my mom ordered tasted very strongly like charbroil. We have been coming there for years and tonight's experience was not the usual service we normally receive, we left feeling very disappointed.
