The service was really good but the food wasn't great, my steak was charred and that's all it tasted like. Potatoes were quite salty and vegetables lacked flavor.

Food is always great at Tony Roma's. Our server Keith did a great job. Food quality is consistent. My favourite combo of filet medallions and back ribs are the best. Serving time is just right. Ambience is good. Parking is great. The overall experience is wonderful.

The greeting was very friendly and overall, a pretty good experience. The food was all really good...one small thing was my steak was a little under cooked for me but the taste made up for it! However, I did note in my booking that not only was it NYE but it was our wedding anniversary and asked for a booth. Sure, got my booth but it was in a heavy traffic area and right in front of the door. The only thing that saved my mood from this was our server! I'm so unhappy that I cannot remember his name but he was the best! Perfect timing, great manners and sense of humour and really took good care of us.

Food was ok. Great waiter. Sitting by the windows in the middle of winter not so great, it was cold. Overhead light was flashing on and off kind of annoying.

Exceptional service. Out 4th year in a row going on New Years and every year it's been amazing. It's a perfect way to end the year and bring in the new year. Food was great, although I was a tiny bit disappointed that that the featured vegetable was just steamed broccoli. In previous years it was a mix vegetable to asparagus. Something a little more of a wow than just steamed broccoli. But I'm not letting that take anything away from our evening.

We were seated for over 10 minutes before we were greeted and that is because we asked someone. The server hardly asked us if we needed anything or even if we liked our food. The food was good. That is one positive thing. Over all I don't think I will be coming back. I do realize it is a busy time of the year but 10 minutes is a while and I think we would have waited longer if we didn't ask if someone was going to take our order.

We absolutely LOVE making Tony Romas our “go to” place for special occasions. We are never disappointed. The service is great, the food is exceptional and it's such a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.

Our go-to place for ribs but we noticed several changes. We dined early but the ribs were drier than usual and as for the seasonal vegetables - broccoli again!. Surely the "new" menu could have offered a better selection than the past, at least we had hoped for better. The noise level rose as the evening progressed. If you are looking for a quiet meal location perhaps there are better locations.

We took a group of Knowledge Keepers for Christmas dinner last night (Dec 11) and they were very happy with everything. I wish I caught the young lady who was server's name, but she was great.

We were a group of four people who ordered a variety of types of food among us. All of the meals were tasty and satisfying. Our server was attentive and pleasant throughout our stay. One of our party ordered a cocktail and found that it was quite small -- the server checked and the "pour" at Tony Roma's is a single ounce so you may wish to order a double!
