Our waiter was outstanding! He was attentive, very pleasant, and did his job perfectly! The food was so delicious. All five of us enjoyed our meals! The whole staff was helpful, opening doors for us, taking a picture for us, the whole experience was very pleasant!

Beautiful night Sept/25 long weekend One of the best patios in Winnipeg - Dinner was great - prices are reasonable Nicole was perfect - great service but never rushed us. Salmon/shrimp piccata was superb - my compliments to the chefs - nicely seared but just very gently cooked on the inside. Ribs - superb as always. Love this place.
Staff always excellent -- Tony Roma's patio on St James is the best always shaded and cool in the evening. Menu is great -- excellent selection. Very relaxed enjoyable dinner. Thanks

Food and service was top notch as always. Something went wrong with our onion loaf and dinner came out. Server didn't just apologize and walk away. He provided us with a coupon for a free appetizer on our next visit.

I have been a Tony Romas customer for at least 25 years. My recent visit at St James' location was disappointing. I had an unfriendly male server. He brought us the food. As we were in the midst of eating he brought and left an empty takeout box on our table. Just in case we couldn't finish eating 3 slabs of riblings. I have had the same server at least 6 to 7 years who asked me if I knew that riblings were pork. He kept on interrupting our meal and looking at our plate if we are done. He brought a cheque before we were done. At the time of transaction he pointed at the tips option and asked me to read the option or if I wanted to tip an amount instead. The meal was $98. We ended up paying a tip we didn't want to.
Tony Romas could do better. Find a place with peace even of the food is modest. Environment matters.

My lady and I decided to celebrate our one year anniversary today at TR's. We could not have had a nicer experience. The whole restaurant and the bathrooms were meticulously spotless. The food was amazing. Our go to has always been PF Chang's. Not any more. Our server Samuel was a gentleman in every way and extremely helpful when ordering our food. As we trecked back to Ashern after dinner, we couldn't stop talking about the TR experience. Than k you guys - Great Job - Well Done. We will be back!

I came here today with my family and had a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful. A special shoutout to our server, Samual, who really made our visit even better. He was incredibly welcoming, pleasant, and attentive from the moment we walked in. He checked in on us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed. I truly appreciated the warm and helpful service. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

It was very nice, although it would be nice if they offered something on the day when it is someone's birthday. We got a voucher for an appetizer on our next visit, not the same as getting something on your actual birthday.
Our grandson who is terrified of bugs ordered a root beer that came with some extra added protein. A larger ant that he sucked through the straw and I to his mouth. We asked for the manager and all he did was squish it and take it away. Where there is one there are more. We weren't even offered any that's compensation.

Outstanding service. Potato skins appetizer was surprisingly good (waiter recommended). Had the classic full rack of ribs, which did not disappoint. Had the bread pudding for dessert which I would order again, also outstanding.
