The food is always great (especially the bread pudding) and the staff are always very attentive and efficient. As seniors with hearing issues, we don’t always appreciate the style of music or volume but surely have no complaints about the service or food! We arrive without a reservation and are still seated quickly without waiting. Certainly have not had that experience at other restaurants.
Tony Roma's Pembina Hwy. has been a prime family destination for us for over 40 years. It has never disappointed. They are so consistent; always excellent service, always great food. And, despite the constant pressure on food costs, they are fair in pricing. I can't think of anything less than excellent to describe them.

The atmosphere is really nice. Mellow. Calming. Beautiful ambiance.
The service here was above average. We always had a fresh refilled drink just before finishing our beverage. Didn't need to ask. Perfect timing between appetizers and our main course....
