Never really had a bad meal here, and Saturday evening was no different. Was going to have a salad, but mushroom soup was on feature and my bowl was accompanied with a nice warm piece of garlic toast. Lots of mushrooms, good and hot, very tasty. I decided on the liver and onions, with gravy and two nice thick pieces to well cooked bacon. Sides were green beans and buttermilk mashed potatoes. Liver was cooked right for my taste and all in all a good amount for the price. Other dinners were the chicken club and the special sandwich feature roast beef and Swiss on marble rye. Drink refills could have been a bit more regular and fairly quiet even thought it’s quite close to the casino floor. Nice to be able to watch the football game also.

The liver was like leather and vegetables were terrible. Bacon, potatoes, gravy were fine.

We ordered the beef liver and oven baked pickarel. The vegetables were quite salty, while the fish and the beef liver were bland. The sauces were good, but they don't seem to mix when you eat together with the meat. Presentation of the food were okay. Overall not too good experience.

Went for a family grad/function. Our group got separated and put into 2 tables and they were unwilling to let us sit near each other.
They were understaffed, but one server actually pushed past my mother, almost knocking her out of her chair and didn't even apologize.
Our server was really sweet and she did her best, but she forgot a few things on our order.
The manager apologized and offered to give us a free upgrade on one of our forgotten dishes, but she forgot to alter the bill and I ended up paying for it anyways.
She offered us desserts but didn't offer to refund me or fix the payment. We declined. I should have looked at the bill first before offering up my card.
Oh well ??♂️ I won't go back.

Went with a group of four, the food was really tasty. However the sweet potato fries in my preference should of been crunchy, not soggy. The salad may look nice for presentationwise but realistically with the spirals and large veggies it's not practical to eat nicely. The nachos were great, loved the cheese cup bowl! The waitress we had definitely needs to improve. She wasn't friendly or quick, she stood around a bunch watching the casino guests outside of the restaurant and just overall made us annoyed for coming to the restaurant.

I have an anaphylaxis allergy to soy. The server, Maria, asked the chef about food I could eat safely. They both made my lunch soy free and an extremely pleasant experience. We all enjoyed our meals and I wanted Maria to know that her kindness was appreciated. It's difficult to avoid soy. Toukies made me feel valued. I will recommend to my friends.
Definitely the food is not fresh. They need to improve their plating is just like you eat on a cafeteria. No wow factor on this restaurant. Our Server is good.But you are on customer service field you supposed to be pleasant to your customer but why the supervisor face is so grumpy, how can we have a good dinner if someone serve our food in that kind of face, and not greeted. Ugh! girl you need lots of training. I ask her name to our server, she said Kayla.
