Great spot to hit at the airport. I pass through YWG about 4-5 times a year and usually stop here for the Bacon Cheese Dog. They put the ketchup and mustard on for you if you want it, so little or no mess.

Food was poor in quality, taste, and presentation. The cashier was rude and uninterested in serving the customers. I immediately regretted not eating Freshii instead - it was right next door.
Vegetarian options: The cashier claimed that the routine was vegetarian, but I'm pretty sure the gravy was NOT. Beware.

Very slow, poor service and aggressive sounding. No offers for military or first responders.

I saw all the reviews were negative, but I feel like it’s not that bad. The food tastes okay. I had the sausages hot dog combo, and the fries were pretty good too.my son ordered poutine burger.

The Poutine Burger consisted of 3 stale and cold fries, 4 cheese curds the size of a pea, gravy that made it to the side of the plate (and not on the burger) and a burnt patty. Horrible waste of $13.

$15 for the worst burger I’ve ever had. It looked like someone crushed it before serving it to us. Dry, no sauce at all. Slow service.

This is the saddest poutine I've ever paid money for in my life. What an absolute waste of money. On top of the tiny size, there are lumps in the gravy. It also took them an age to make. There were also rotten potatoes in whatever fries they put in my food. It tasted absolutely disgusting. I will never eat here again.

This place was understaffed during the lunch rush. Huge lineup and only 2 workers, one taking orders and one heating up food. The guy in the back couldn't keep up so the lady taking orders had to go to the back and help complete orders. Food was food grade garbage. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone..

In a city with very good burger options, I cant believe this is what is served at the airport. Can't we do better?

Got the mushroom and swiss burger. Should have looked at the reviews before ordering. The burger was plain, thin, and dry. The mushrooms and onions were overcooked and generally unpleasant. The fries were plain and inconsistent in texture. Some were fine while others were soggy.

The guy in the front window was horribly rude and gave a bad attitude. Poor custom service and food was not up to the mark. Strong burn smell was coming from the burger and fries. Food quality and customer service is what we look for when we pay. The food can be changed but the attitude can never be. So at least ask that guy to be polite and learn basic manners.

Absolutely terrible! Got a pouutine, which was almost $10. There was hardly any in the box. Ordered a bottle of water, the guy couldn't find one in the cooler, so he brought me a warm bottle! To make it so much worse, 10 min after eating the food, I had to run to the washroom due to stomach issues. So glad I had time before my flight! STAY AWAY! Should have read the reviews 1st. ?
