This restaurant is a go to of mine when In St.Vital Centre. The teriyaki bowls and sushi they have are just amazing. The staff are also very friendly and understanding. I recall asking to order one of their big sushi platters, and asking about it. This one staff was very understanding and walked me through everything about the platter. Overall a great experience every time.

After having I believe he may be the manager, possibly owner, call me a regular, I was slightly embarrassed.... lol HOWEVER, I must say, I shouldn't be. This is one of the best express sushi places in the city and all the malls. It's clean, fresh, and definitely reasonably priced. I've not once been disappointed in the food I've bought from here. The only disappointment I have ever had, was the sushi being all sold cause it's far too good!

I have seriously been snoozing on this place. I went to Umi before on Kenaston and enjoyed it quite a bit. I’m glad we have access to Umi in St Vital! Seriously next level bento boxes here.
