I used to love this place, this time I went and the seats are ripping being held together with red electrical tape, the fries are now cost co fries with extra salt and my burger patty mix was pork and it was obvious very obvious.

I’ve been coming here every week on Tuesdays or Thursdays for the past four years to enjoy the half-off wings. Today, I came in with my family, and our server—who claimed to be the manager—told us we had to purchase drinks in order to get the wing deal. This requirement is not mentioned anywhere on the website or the menu.
When I asked to speak to a manager, she raised her voice and said she was the manager, then continued to yell at me for the rest of our time there. This behavior was completely inappropriate, especially in a family-friendly restaurant with minors sitting at our table. This experience was very disappointing, and I hope it’s addressed. I will not be going back!

came here to celebrate my friends engagement, place was on the loud side, I expect that but it was hard to really communicate, food was okay, nothing more than your average sports bar affair, the games in the back were a fun distraction while you wait for your food

I ordered Tendies and the brownie last night via Skip. The fries were barely cooked, the tenders were over cooked, and I was missing most of the bottom of the brownie, which was old and dry anyways. I added a side of mayo and there was pretty clear and gross cross contamination. I have no clue what the brown stuff is, but the cheese was easily recognizable. The best thing about it was the cookie that comes with the brownie. Would return just for the cookie, but don’t think I’d order or eat in with them again. Clearly, the kitchen doesn’t care what they put out.

Service was excellent! Food was delicious and the atmosphere watching the Jets win their second game in the first round of playoffs was amazing and fun!

Hosted our Christmas party here two years in a row and the team at underdogs has been amazing both times. The entire party went off without a hitch and everyone enjoyed themselves. We will definitely continue coming back in the future. And a huge thank you to the entire team that helped us pull off our party.

While the food was not bad. It also wasn't anywhere near what was charged. The Mac and cheese did not have much cheese on it at all.
The service, while friendly, was quite slow.
There was a small mouse running around the booths. Staff was made aware of it and walked away while a customer caught it using her mug and took it outside.
Do not recommend.

We recently held our dental office Christmas party, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. With about 45 attendees, the service was exceptional, and the food received rave reviews from everyone. The venue is perfect for hosting parties, with a spacious back area that is ideal for events. The games were a hit, the music was lively, and overall, it was an unforgettable time. A special thank you to our servers, Daniel and Adi (I hope that’s the correct spelling) – you were both amazing! Highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking to host an event. 10 out of 10!

Here at underdogs there are a few managers that do not have any professionalism. Unfortunately I have an open police investigation into someone who potentially spiked my drink with something at this establishment. When confronting the managers. They don’t seem to be interested nor to they want to be involved. So they have informed me not to show up anymore… Unsure as to how these individuals can manage a restaurant when they can’t take 2 seconds to talk to me as a normal person to help the situation.

Ordered the philly cheese steak today. The amount of meat on the sandwich was pathetic. Nachos had a thin layer of toppings with nothing on the chips underneath. Worst food i’ve had in a while.
