Service as decent but food was not good. Very bland kinda tasted like plastic. Overall 1 star and considering this is the only restaurant in the international terminal they need to do better.

I am working with Anna and Jocelyn and they are an absolute pleasure! I travelled alone and came in town for a sick relative and they helped not only cheer me up, but made my experience a wonderful send

After getting my food quickly, that was about the only time I saw my server and it wasn’t even busy. There was a group of 3 that sat there and chatted along while I was needing to square up my bill and wanted another cup of coffee. 25-30 minutes unattended and when I asked for the bill, it was like I was disturbing their gossip circle.

The service was awful. The server was rude. The food was bland. The worst was the dirty cup. Give this is the only choice for food on the US gates, they should do better. Horrible.

This was the absolute worst service. After waiting for 45 mins the girl finally noticed us. After waiting another 40 mins for drinks and quesadilas we approached our server who ignored us. We had ro go to the bar and ask when we were told she forgot to place out order. She would not make eye contact. This server got a $000 tip. She should look for a new job. Zero personality. BRUTAL !!!

We have to chase one of the workers who didn’t want to acknowledge our presence at the airport restaurant to ask if we could seat on a table that wasn’t cleaned. After we were sitting, we waited 20 minutes and no one cleaned or came to help us. We had to leave…. It was sad to see that no one wants to work

Tables were covered in old plates and empty cups. We sat for 15 minutes and had to go up to the bar to order and ask for our table to be cleaned. We ordered the Philly sandwich and grill cheese. Both were bland. The chips on the side aren’t good either. Ended up being over $70 for two sandwiches and two beers. Unfortunately this is the only restaurant on the US side. They really should replace it with something better

Why oh why would Winnipeg Airport Authority not get rid of this terrible restaurant. From the re-use of Tater Tots to the terrible service they were bad before covid and they are just as bad now. You are going to have a better meal at the Tim Hortons grab and go!

Grilled cheese panini wasn’t even buttered when cooked, just to pieces of stale bread with frankly bad cheese, and the side of chips was cold when I picked up the first one, all food was cold and unenjoyable, will remember no matter how desperate I am, not to eat here.

Lettuce wraps $17 and the lettuce is chucks that you can’t wrap the bland chicken in. Awful

Short stop here before boarding a flight to Florida for work. My server was Jocelyn and she was absolutely fantastic! Took great care of me, very friendly, very professional, came back to check on me regularly even when it got busy. Pleasantly surprised and will be happy to come back to this spot again when i travel!

Ivy was beyond rude. I asked for a glass of milk to give to my toddlers before flight. First she told me the milk had expired Feb. 25 (that would make it two weeks old). Although, when she opened the door I saw two milk jugs. She told me to try a different place. I tried. Unfortunately, this is the only place to purchase milk on the US side of the airport. I went back and asked to see the expiry date myself. Turns out one had expired and the other jug (that I pointed out to her had not) … also, why are they keeping the expired jug if they know it’s expired. Gross!! Doesn’t sound like this place up to sanitary! Sure wouldn’t eat here! Next, ivy told me I could have a glass but, I quote, “you’ll have to wait, I’m a bit busy.” I said sure and sat for a few minutes at the bar (no problem but that was a very rude comment) I finally got my milk, bit my tongue and left. Ivy is so rude. Her behaviour is vile and I don’t know why she didn’t want to sell me milk.
