For the most part our order was delicious , some of the best in the city with the exception of a couple of dishes. The ginger beef was tough and gristly . The vegetable chow mein was skimpy and very bland . The portions are on the smaller side. Over all we did enjoy the food .

The food quality was extremely disappointing.
The Soft Rice Noodle Stuffed with Shrimps was still cold, the Steamed Spare Ribs with Black Bean were undercooked and too tough to chew, and the Steamed Chicken Palms with Black Pepper didn’t taste fresh at all.
To make things worse, the service was awful—staff were more focused on pushing customers to spend money rather than actually providing any real service.
Definitely not worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
The food & the service was pretty good The one thing I found though the temperature in the place was kinda on the cold side and I don't like the type of billing they have It's a handwritten bill and it's Itemized by using The number corresponding to the menu item only not stating what the dish Is.

Went with a party 8 over a year ago and was very impressed, but recently, it seems it's dipped in quality

I did not enjoy it. Good reviews are misleading.
I’ve heard a couple of different people say they love this place so decided to try for dim sum. Shrimp dumplings, shrimp wrapped in large noodle, pork dumplings and spare ribs in black bean sauce. Everything was bland. We were dumping on soy sauce to give some flavour. Noodle was over cooked and texture was really unpleasant. Ribs were extremely fatty and inedible.
I went to eat dim sum today and ordered beef balls. I ate a broken piece of porcelain in the beef balls. Fortunately, I was not injured. I told the clerk, she just said I was sorry, but I have to be careful. If children or the elderly eat it It's really dangerous
We went to this restaurant today, have lunch, we order some dim sum, one of the dim sum, call beef ball. When I put it in my mouth, and I found out it have grass inside the beef ball. I can not believe why the restaurant did not check the quality before have it to customer. Is lucky I did not get hurt. But is really dangerous. If kids or older people will cause big problems. Because will get hurt.

This place is a joke. Pre-ordered 2 weeks ago and been sitting and waiting for over an hour with still no order in sight. All the woman at the front is worried about if people are wanting to pay cash. And they could care less about your wait as you pay the minute you walk through the door. Nothing special about the food. Never again.

We had a combo #3, the price was reasonable.
When eating it the veggies were good until I had a bite of the breaded veal!
My mouth went on fire from the amount of MSG!!!
I will never understand why MSG isn’t banned yet, it is siooooo bad for your body!
I’d never order from them again!!!

Got dim sum. Lotus sticky rice, shrimp dumplings, shrimp rice noodle, BBQ pork buns, pork dumpling, Victoria spring rolls, and short ribs over steamed rice.
The lotus sticky rice was delicious.
The shrimp dumplings were big but bland, needed lots of soy sauce. The rice noodle shrimp was gelatinous and unpleasant in texture.
All the pork dishes tasted kind of bad... We ate them with lots of soy sauce anyway but did not like them.
The only dish we could not eat any of was the spare ribs over steamed rice. Had one bite and it was absolutely not good. Tough meat and tasted very bad to both of us.
We told the server we did not like that one dish and they told us that since they cooked it we would be charged. We had them take it back anyway.
Ultimately the decision not to do anything for us or even apologize, or to see if the dish was properly cooked, is why I made this review. I won't be returning, which is a shame because I live nearby and wanted to like this place, I usually love dim sum. There were lots of people there so maybe we ordered the wrong food items, but I was very unimpressed
Also the men's washroom was the most disgusting washroom I have been in in years, truly awful. Didn't even want to touch anything in there.

The food used to be very good years ago. The food taste has declined. I will not be ordering from them again.
Take out food was not ready at the time it was supposed to be, waited an extra 45 minutes for sub par food.
The food was good nothing outstanding. Our server was terrible I had to go to the employee entrance 4 times to ask for something. They clearly just wanted to leave. Asked if any of the dishes came with nuts or if anything was cooked in peanut oil. She assures us no and everything is cooked in sesame oil. We order a dish and it comes covered in cashews. She was going to take it back and pick off the nuts. We told her that wouldn’t be acceptable that a new one had to be made. They did make a new one and charged us for both. That was not right. We will not be going back to this establishment.
