We just received our skip the dishes order from your restaurant and this is what the shrimp tempura looked like. Disgusting. We have had it before and it’s been fantastic, delivered but the last few times the shrimp tempura is terrible. I can understand not super hot but today it was limp and filled with black specks.

I ordered sushi during my work hours and got a call from the restaurant saying they wanted to go home. I told them someone else would pick up the order for me, but they still repeated that I should have ordered earlier. I completely understand people wanting to finish their shift, but those comments were unnecessary and left a bad impression. (There was still customers inside when my co-worker picked up)
As for the food, it was honestly disappointing. I ordered the 11-roll sushi party for $70, and it looked nothing like the picture on Uber Eats. The flavor was off, and one of the rolls was basically just filled with rice. For the price, I expected much better quality.
Between the poor service and the subpar sushi, I won’t be ordering from here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

They skimp out on adding salmon to their rolls to the point that I don’t taste the fish. The other rolls also weren’t great. Overall, the taste is fine but it’s not good enough for me to come back.

Ordered for pickup twice this month, just regular rolls. They were soooooo flavourful! Perfect ratios and the rice is seasoned perfect. I’m sooo picky with sushi, as anyone should, so I’m so happy to have found this place!!! 😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰 can’t wait to try more of their menu

I went to this location for a delivery and was treated very poorly by the staff. When I asked about using the washroom, I was told in a very rude way that they were closed and the washrooms were locked. I also explained that I was there on behalf of a customer, but was told I am “not a customer.” As a delivery driver, I expect at least basic respect and courtesy. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and disappointing

You guys are really awesome! I had an issue where my Uber Eats driver marked my food as delivered without actually picking it up. When I called the restaurant, they told me my order was still there—and then they went out of their way to deliver it to my home themselves. That level of care really means a lot. The food is always very tasty and the staff is always polite. Thank you for such great service! I will also suggest to other people to visit the restaurant and I will also come with my friends. ❤🙃

Ordered delivery and food was lackluster compared to the images from the restaurant . Kimchi ramen resulted in food poisoning, hopefully that isn't common. Sushi was fine
it's pretty good food, i'd say there is no sellers or major bad points of this restaurant. there is better sushi in the city and there is better prices.
