Ordered delivery and food was lackluster compared to the images from the restaurant . Kimchi ramen resulted in food poisoning, hopefully that isn't common. Sushi was fine

it's pretty good food, i'd say there is no sellers or major bad points of this restaurant. there is better sushi in the city and there is better prices.

Horrible customer service, the guy who seems the owner is rude and aggressive, once you get your order nobody check on you after .

absolutely scrumdidliyumcious. 1000% recommend. went to work the next day and went on an impassioned rant about how good the food is to everyone who would and wouldn’t listen

Very underrated sushi spot in Winnipeg. Fish is fresh and tasty. Affordable prices like no other. Very happy to have rekindled my love for this spot. I haven’t been here in a few years but whatever changes they’ve made bravo. 👏🏽

Flavor was okay. But what really made it unenjoyable.. was the entire thing was like, warm warm. Clearly no part of it held at a proper health and safety temperature whatsoever. Had 2 bites and won't get again. Even stating no gluten (celiac), they thru a handful of fortune cookies in with it.
I don't trust their standards and will not be ordering again

Great time at Wakoya Sushi. Nice spot to get a collection of Sushi rolls on Osborne. Got rolls, nigiri, and miso soup.

Do not recommend at all. The owner/chef is rude, came over and snatched the menu away because I had a plate on it but the only reason was because the waitress never came back to take the menus. Bad service, food is mediocre (and way too experimental) and the atmosphere leaves much to be desired with the sticky floors.

I cannot begin to stress how wonderful Wakoya is. Stupendous food and customer service on a normal day, however on the day we went for a bachelorette dinner they accomdated us greatly and were so unbelievably kind and understanding. I truly appreciate this whole team and their commitment to amazing food and service. We really enjoyed ourselves sooooo much!

The staff are always very helpful and accommodating for dietary restrictions, they know what ingredients are in their rolls. The service can be slow sometimes, but it forces you to relax and enjoy the company of the people you're with.
