The food is good, the only issue customer service the lady manager who is in duty is very rude, other staff members are actually friendly, but the manager is not the best no smile nothing, she also get annoyed if i ask questions. But want to say other employees gave a very good impression, greets me and all, also gave me answers for my questions.

I visited Wayback Burger on Pembina Highway because I heard about their contributions to social responsibility projects. It was way beyond my expectations. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the place. The presentation was also very stylish. As for the staff, they were all kind, friendly, and really knew their stuff. The service was so fast and high-quality and the prices seemed very reasonable.
I ordered the Classic Burger. The ingredients were so fresh and the burger was juicy and cooked to perfection.
It is very valuable to me that Wayback Burger not only serves delicious food but also supports the community by participating in social responsibility projects and being a local restaurant. I believe that it is important to support these kinds of businesses.

Seems the place is going downhill, nobody is bothered , had to wait a long time for my order that came out wrong, it was not even busy . Also so that it’s started looking shabby .
