If you like your burger on an ice cold bun (and I mean cold like it came out of a refrigerator) so that the burger meat itself becomes barely room temperature, your condiments to mostly be on the OUTSIDE of your bun so that you cant even hold it without getring yourself filthy, and your toppings to just be on one spot instead of spread out so that your burger is mostly plain other than one bite in the middle where the toppings were put...... while also being incorrect from what you ordered.....then this is the hole for you! What an overpriced disappointment, like I understand mistakes happen but they failed in EVERY SINGLE FACET....won't be back. Wish they would provide me with a refund.

My mom was visiting from out of town, and we usually do a new restaurant when she does, she was craving a burger and Wayback was in the top 3 for the Regent area. Very nice place, open space and modern. We ordered two Classic Burgers with fries and a poutine, fries were a 10, and the poutine an 8, a little more cheese curds and not quite the right gravy for it, but still tasty, mom loved the burger but mine was still raw on one patty, I ate half of it before I noticed, there were a few other customers so I waited for a quite moment and called the waitress over and showed her the burger, she was glad to help and took care of it, as much as it tasted great I was not going to push my luck on finishing it. They replaced the burger and packed it for me to go. Awesome service and staff. Unfortunately when I got home I took a look and again 1 patty was not cooked. I removed it and gave it to my dogs and finished the burger with their help. Great experience but they need to work on burger temps. Luckily I did not get sick but very risky. Will be back! They still get 4 stars for flavor and effort.

Tried the buy one get one burger free on Regent Ave. Wpg. Was absolutely delicious with fries. I will go again, no doubt. Only thing is they don't have wifi to be able to get in to the app. No data Hope they get wifi soon. Very clean RESTAURANT and friendly staff.

Horrible horrible. Felt like I wasted money... ordered a cheese burger paid extra for bacon didn't get it, paid for red velvet milkshake wasn't even blended... my tots weren't even Cajun seasoned. My cheese steak looks horrible. They offer cheese sauce in the ad. But i got cheese slices and theh werent even melted.They ruined my cheese steak literally pouring sauce all over it... will never go here again. This was from my order on Uber Eats @ 19:55 pm. March 14th. Who ever did this order is either bad at their job or they hated the fact they got an order 1 hour before closing.

First time here, and I was impressed. The staff was extremely helpful and the food was delicious. There were 3 adults we had our choice of burger and we each tried the different types of fries. Wow, it was delicious.I had great food, a great atmosphere and very reasonable prices. The meat is real, and you can taste the freshness.

We had an excellent experience at Wayback Burgers! The staff was incredibly patient and helpful, especially with our kids, as we navigated the extensive menu. The food was superb, all promptly made to order. Our kids adored the tots and grilled cheese, while the burgers and milkshakes were simply amazing! While it can get a bit pricey with special sides and milkshakes, the outstanding service and quality of food make it entirely worthwhile.
