I was going thru the drivethru and barely understood the lady thru the speaker eventho its extremely loud. I ordered the new bpmm burger and was asked to hold for a bit... After a bit I got to order and went thru to pay... I asked for ketchup in the bag which she confirmed twice. I ended up getting home and no ketchup in the bag. The pop i got was soo flat and disgusting. I understand if it was a busy time but i was the only one at the drive thru which is extremely bad customer service.

I am writing to share a concern regarding my recent experience at the Wendy’s location on February 13, 2026, around 9:15 PM.
I was at the restaurant to pick up a delivery order while working a Skip courier shift. The order notes clearly stated that couriers should use the drive-through for pickups after 8:00 PM. Following these instructions, I entered the drive-through as advised. I was then asked to park and come inside the restaurant.
Fortunately, there was no vehicle behind me at the time, so I was able to comply. However, I politely mentioned to the manager, Sareena, that the pickup instructions may need to be updated, as having a car behind me would have made it very difficult to leave the drive-through and re-enter. Her response was that in such a situation, I should have gone through the entire drive-through line again and returned, and that updating the instructions was beyond her authority.
I found this response discouraging. Courier work is already physically and mentally demanding, and situations like this add unnecessary stress. A little cooperation and clarity—especially in Winnipeg’s harsh winter conditions—can make a meaningful difference for delivery drivers who are simply trying to follow the instructions provided.
I am sharing this feedback in the hope that pickup instructions can be kept accurate and that staff, particularly managers, are encouraged to be more understanding toward delivery partners. This small change could significantly improve the experience for couriers and help operations run more smoothly for everyone involved.

Honestly so done with shrinkflation. Double Bacon Portabella Mushroom melt is NOT the burger it used to be. Not a mushroom in sight. Was skinner than my kids' Son of a Baconator. Pathetic. 77 dollars for dinner for 4.

If you want some real space in the breakfast market you need to be open earlier 630 is to late. Also when closed either shut off the dining room lights or get a sign and use it. Tim's, McDonald's and A&W are to close by for you to be so lazy. But on the upside we have those other choices and if you loose on breakfast you probably loose on lunch to
