Just got my order from the Drive Thru, came home to open bag with large Chili unsealed, leaking through bag and soon staining my clothes. Unprofessional how they cannot simply do the task of closing a lid. The atmosphere was loud in the kitchen with laughter and seeming to not be paying attention. Cracker bag also came open with chili spilt all over.

Disappointed to not have a straw of any kind available, and told open lid is offered instead of a straw. I don’t want to drink from a sippy cup like a two year old. Website says paper straws are available, but was told no at location. Food was as expected otherwise, but now have to ask before ordering if a can get a straw with my soda. First world problems, but I’ll be moving along.

So I went to Wendy's tonight specifically for their chicken strips because they've always been the best in town in my opinion. Hadn't had them in several months. Turns out they've changed the recipe or supplier or something. They used to be so juicy with a one of a kind seasoning and as soon as I reached in the bag for one I noticed they looked very different. Pale. Thin. Less breading. And no flavor compared to what they once offered. Super disappointed and will not be ordering the chicken strips again. Could have got 2 orders of 10 nuggets and been more satisfied than for what I paid for 5 strips. Bring back the original strips!

Food is freaking delicious I hit peak time before lunch was being served got the freshest of fresh burgers. So delicious.
For a fast food restaurant, the service was very good. Polite server and I was quickly served. The restaurant was clean and food was tasty.
