we made an order in your restaurant. ordered combo #5 and chicken strips.
we clearly indicated that in the combo that we did not want mayonnaise and asked to add tomatoes and onion. for the entire order we paid 30+ dollars, as a result, instead of receiving a burger with two beef patties, bacon, cheese, tomato and onion, which is not so difficult to remember, we received a completely different burger in which there was mayonnaise, pickles , lettuce and other ingredients. I also want to note the fact that the person who took this order clearly repeated our order and on the screen we saw everything correctly, but in the package we received a completely different order. by the way, the burger was disgusting.

The food is delicious and the staff are friendly. However, the last time I visited early in the morning, I was told to leave even after I had ordered my food. It was a bit frustrating because the sign clearly says '24 hours open,' and I had traveled a long way

Always a wonderful experience. My family and i always eat breakfast at the spot for the past 2years. But lately i noticed a different taste to the burger meat. still well cooked but the meat smells like it been keep for too long. it a bit discouraging but everything remains same

I go through the drive through after work in the evening pretty often. Lately theres has been this one woman worker at the last window who is just very unprofessional.. never says hello, actually never says a word, doesn’t even look at you when giving you the food, and swings the bag when giving me the food. This has happened every single time I go there and that woman works there. Please have better customer service if you’re going to work in the customer service industry.
