Terrible experience. Came here on my motorbike got denied service at drive thru because I’m “driving a bicycle”. I wanted to show that it was a motor bike but she didn’t even come to a window. I asked for manager no reply. Just ignoring me completely. Terrible customer service!

Rude supervisor….my partner went in on Sunday, November 17, 2024 at approximately 1:30 PM. and dealt with the most unprofessional and rude supervisor. My partner had placed an order there on a different day and the order was not correct and when he called the restaurant back, the person he spoke with told him they would take hi name down and that he could come back on another day to get the item that was missing from his previous order on another visit. Coming in today trying to get that order honoured the supervisor blatantly tells him that, that’s not how things are done around here and after he explained the situation the supervisor then offered to send him a coupon, which he agreed to receive instead of just getting the food that was messed up from the previous order while he was there. While she is talking to my partner in the middle of the conversation, she goes to answer the phone, doesn’t even excuse herself or apologize and explain that she has to take the call, as it was her boss that was calling, and this was the person that she needed to talk with about getting this coupon. When confronted by my partner about this, the supervisor rudely addresses him back, trying to tell him that it was her manager and basically saying that it was OK to just walk away from him mid conversation to answer the phone and then when he tried telling her that her actions were wrong, she starts scoffing at him and sarcastically tells him thank you for teaching her a lesson today. I don’t know how people do things from where she comes from but here in Canada the customer deserves respect and that is not how you run a customer oriented business and provide services to customers. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THE WENDY’S ST. MARY’s LOCATION AGAIN. Wendy’s start training your employees properly!!

I visited Windy the day before yesterday, and I had a great experience, thanks to Shruti. As a vegetarian trying the place for the first time, I wasn't sure what to order. Shruti was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the menu and making sure I had a wonderful meal. Her friendly and patient approach made my experience so much better. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and would highly recommend visiting Windy, especially if you're new and need some help deciding on your order. Thank you, Shruti, for making my visit memorable!

Not carnivore friendly, they charge $4 plus tax for a 4 oz Patty, which is like $16 a pound. Nobody pays $16 a pound for ground beef.
