Wonderful Experience at Wendy’s!

I had a fantastic time at Wendy’s! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Every bite was a delight, and it truly hit the spot.

The service was excellent—fast, friendly, and efficient. The staff made sure everything was perfect, and their attention to detail was much appreciated.

Overall, Wendy’s continues to impress with its great food and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!

Literally gave me no ice in my large drink and it wasn’t even cold at all. I asked for ice and the woman who said she was a the night manager looked at me dumb and said we don’t have ice. This location used to be the best but there’s clearly new owners cuz it’s got crappy people working here now.

Awhile ago, I ordered from Wendy's off of SkipTheDishes and unfortunately, it took much longer than needed. However, each member of the staff was VERY courteous, kind, and apologetic to my early showing. The food is always great here and ive been coming back ever since! Never had an issue other than that first time!

Friday November 29, 2024. Went through the drive thru, order my meals, paid and I received a notification that my payment went through, and lady advice me that payment didn’t go through and I showed them it has and they ignored me. They refused to give me my food unless I paid again. So I called my bank to verify. And I asked my bank to investigate. Payment was posted. Two workers started yelling at me and didn’t move until this was addressed. One worker then refused to service me at this point. I had no choice to leave because they also refused to refund me. I called corporate office and supervisor called to apologize and look into this issue, and mentioned to have my bank to investigate the issue. SMH, she didn’t care to help the situation, she the manger kept gaslighting the situation. but had to wait It’s Dec 06, and I still haven’t received my refund. I followed up to find out she said that it will take 5-7 days to reverse the payment. The manager and her staff sure made it seem like everything was as my fault. Even the customers were curing at me. Never I would step a foot in any Wendy’s establishment. For the apology, manager offered me two meals. What a joke! I been verbally, mentally abused by the staff and customers.

I ordered 8 breakfast wraps at 9:35 am today & 1st available pick up was 10:35 am. I showed up at 10:28 & asked for my mobile order. The attendant asked me to hold for a minute & after 10 mins the supervisor showed up. She says to me "sorry, we just gave away the last 8 wraps, I can offer you the lunch menu". What i said, i ordered an hour ago for breakfast & now you say i can't have my order? The worst service ever & I don't leave with any food. Stay away from this location at all costs, I'll never go back, Regent Avenue it is. 👎👎

Ordered 2. Sausage an egg croissants 1 was to b a meal large pototes an coffee I left I came home open the bag and no potatoes or a receipt, so I call you would think they would be ok sir sorry about this we can make it up next you come I go every morning, but no the lady decided to argue it with me out me on hold went an talked to someone she comes back and says he put the 2 sandwiches an pototes in the bag ... Ummm obviously he didn't that's why I'm calling an again no receipt then again they never give you a receipt not once I'm the idk how many year's I've been going there, anyways she then she's she'll give me a small potato if I want to come back .. again unpaid for a large meal I again tell her this she then says I'll give u the small potatoes at this point I'm not going back I have to l she for my job but this will b the last time I go to this Wendy's use to be a great restaurant and now it's just going down hill, which truly is sad because I really love Wendy's hope this store maybe adopts a new policy like make sure there is a receipt in the bag an maybe have someone dble check the bag . Yes I shld've myself checked but I was in a rush an usually they're good for giving you what you paid for.

As a loyal customer who enjoys your food, I was disappointed during my recent visit. I was denied access to the bathroom by the employee named Tyron, who was rude and claimed it was a new policy that I couldn’t use the restroom because he had cleaned it. However, there was no sign or notice indicating this policy. The restroom was opened and that guy locked in front of me. I addressed to the front staff but the girl denied too after confirming from that guy as he cleaned it. While I understand the need for cleanliness, I feel customers should be able to use the facilities at any time, especially in a 24-hour restaurant. I guess employees are making their own rules. I hope this issue is addressed for a better experience in the future.

They close the restaurant whenever they want, orders arrive at their address, but they do not fulfill them. Lost money , ruined the mood because of their unprofessional act
