Went for lunch and walked in to order as drive thru was busy. Ordered 4 burgers and nachos. Saw girl put nachos and 2 burgers in bag. Walked up and said thanks as I took the bag. Got back to work and found 2 burgers missing. Went back and was handed the other 2 burgers that were now cold. No sorry or anything. Won't go back

Firstly, to start off ..wendys has always been my fav place to dine In Canada.
But this experience has not been fruitful . The ambience was just not giving. Tables were dirty even the legs of the table was disgusting. Floors were stained to say it was 10am in the morning . While standing at the counter , I noticed the exhaust steel part was filled with marks .
The cashier was friendly but the other staff weren't. Sad to say one should greet when eye contact is made with a customer .

I ordered a biggie breakfast platter, and the attached picture speaks for it . It was very dissapointing

Went for dinner with my wife on Wednesday November 27 around 5:30 pm. Service was BRUTALLY Slow. Restaurant was dirty- Floors were sopping wet- Someone spilled a frosty all over the front side of the counter and I stepped in it and almost got it on my pants. Never was cleaned up during our entire time there. Fries were COLD. My wife ordered a Poutine- the Cheese Curds were FROZEN and with the COLD Fries made for a less than stellar $6 product. $31+ dollars for a Dave's Single and Double Small Combo- 1 with Poutine- definitely NOT WORTH IT. Won't be visiting this Wendy's any time soon again.

The guy working the drive thru was great, food was ready quickly. Seems the fries portion has gotten smaller recently. So much ice in the drinks. Very happy Wendy's doesn't seem to have lowered the quality on the burgers like some others have. Pricy but quality is worth it.

This place must be under new management or something. I ordered off Uber eats today and I am missing half my order…. The fries for the past few times have been mediocre at best. But missing half of an Uber order?!?!? I know it gets confusing seeing all those different orders coming and going! Oof! A few employees might need a chat or training, one of two should suffice. In the mean time, I am hungry and between me and my wife we have about half of one meal… WOOHOOO!!!!!! You all get a participation award!!! All because you showed up to work!!!! Great job!!!!! ?????? oh ya, Uber could take up to 24 hours to respond so now we have wasted our money and our time… once again, GREAT JOB!!!!!!! ?? MY GOODNESS THIS MANAGER NEEDS SAVING!!!! Two days in a row, exact same order (4 spicy chicken wraps, 1 Dave’s triple, 1 large fries, 1 small poutine and 2 drink) and these guys can’t figure it out! I called two days in a row multiple times just to make sure everyone is okay. I think it’s a very simple order but the first time I’m missing half the order and the second time I’m getting items I didn’t order and missing items I did order. Neither time did I receive 4 wraps. Neither time were my fries fresh by any means. Once I finally got a hold of the manager, (I had to call Tim hortons next door to have them ask someone at Wendy’s to answer their own phone), he couldn’t be more rude! Take responsibility for your inability to manage a very simple business. Take your job more seriously. The owner of this location should be embarrassed by this poor management! It’s a disgrace to the customer service industry!

Greatest night staff in the world!!!

Me and my gf have been coming here almost every friday for the past 3 years. We have became regulars here because the staff is so welcoming and friendly. There is another Wendy's closer to our home but we always decided to come here.

Today, the drive thru was extremely busy. Possibly from the bomber game or what not but the staff still greeted us very friendly and with smiles on their faces. Awesome people!

Thanks for always making our friday nights! See you next friday!
