Was in the drive thru for 15 minutes and got to the microphone at 2:55am and they told me they were closed 5 minutes early. There was 6 cars behind me waiting as well and they all got the same response. Terrible customer service

Waiting in drive through for ten mins because it was shift change is unacceptable. My food was sloppy, cold and really has gone down hill. Not even a welcome, hello, etc. customer service is key. If you are going to be keeping customers waiting you can at least let us know it will be a bit of a wait.

This place is a joke. The quality isn't there in the food, or the service. Skip this place. Do yourself a favor and learn to cook. It's cheaper, and its better. Take the time. My last experience here was a total wakeup call that no one should ever frequent these places.

Worst wendys they made us wait 20 minutes in the drive through when there isnt anyone inside or anyone else in the drive through just for 2 fries and one of them isnt even filled dont come to this horrible establishment

Best Wendy's ever. Fast, hot, great service. And I eat here twice a week which I would not admit except for this review. Best staff, and customer service. I cannot express how efficient this location is, how good their customer service is and how hot and fresh the food always is. And for twice a week you would think it would be subpar sometimes but it never is.

Dicia is passionate about her work, and her warm smile always stands out. Even when she’s busy, she never forgets to care for her customers. When she noticed that I had a baby with me, she immediately came out to bring a high chair. She also kindly reminded me that the food was hot and to be careful when feeding my little one. The best experience I ever had!

This is partly store and their HQ review. We processed our order via mobile app and went through with no issues and our card has already been charged. Went to the store for pickup but they couldn't find our order in their system. Had to wait for an hour while they figure everything out. We were very cooperative and provided them all the info with the receipts and our contact info. This was no way our fault but we had to go through with all these inconvenience just to be able get our breakfast for after an hour. We had no way to cancel our order so there wasn't any choice. This was something that was needed to be investigated back end maybe through their IT but it was a hassle in our end as we were already very hungry. We always order here and would still come back but just wanted to let the higher ups know about this incident.
