Horrible Management at this location. Had issues with an order that was completely wrong. When I brought the matter to the attention of their manager (large black woman), I was dismissed without any resolution. I will be boycotting Wendy’s and not returning due to this managers way of handling a complaint and a service issue. Absolutely Disgusting service and management. Wendy’s should be ashamed of having this lady employed and will/are losing business because of her.

Ordered a small chili for the first and last time this evening made me SO INCREDIBLY SICK. Apparently after reading thru some reviews this is common ?!? How has this place not been shut down over this?!? AVOID AT ALL COSTS otherwise you will regret it!!!???

Terrible Service, workers got my order wrong and I came back around the drive thru and they refused to fix it. I don’t know the managers name but it was around 8 pm on April 6th. He was Indian, tall and slim and he called me a lot of mean things along with the N word and kept refusing to help me. Accountability needs to be taken that’s no way to treat customers.

So I went into Wendy’s ordered the server gave me the cups to get the drinks. I tapped my card went to get the drinks from the machine and then went to wait for our order. The server then says to me you didn’t tap. I go back over and tap my card, then the machine says communication error, I pull out my visa try to tap it instead thinking maybe it’s my card, it does the same thing., I insert my card it’s doing the same thing. I’m telling the lady look it’s not my cards it’s your machine. Then she tells me sorry we are only taking cash, I’m like I don’t have cash on me, what do you want me to do. She says I have to talk to my manager. Leaves then comes back with a drive through atm that works. I realize it’s not the servers fault that the machine was not working, but I was annoyed that she was acting like it was my cards when it clearly was their machines at the front. It was an annoying experience!

Staff is so under trained that they actually manage to under cook a 1cm thick beef patty. Spent 3 days dealing with food poisoning in my kids. Don't risk your health here.

Tried out the new chicken and french toast... not too bad. Good alternative if you're not looking for a burger. Picked up the french toast for breakfast on the weekend and tried the breakfast Baconator. Both good and worth the try.
