I just got so sick from eating here. I hadnt been to Wendy’s since I was a kid and one day I decided to give it a try and had it a few times after that. My usual order was a Dave’s single, a poutine and a frosty. On two occasions I could have sworn I tasted mold on the fries but stupidly ate them anyway and seemed to be fine. But on this most recent occasion November 11, 2025 as soon as I ate the poutine I didn’t feel right, my stomach started turning but thought it was maybe because I hadn’t eaten much that day. I ate half the Dave’s single burger and my frosty and continued to feel really not good. I felt really bloated and sick like I had eaten way more than I did. My stomach was really bothering me and I felt really not myself. I’ve had this exact meal a few times before and didn’t feel like this so I didn’t know what was wrong. That night I couldn’t sleep at all I kept waking up my stomach was bothering me so much it felt sore and was just turning all night. When I finally had to be up for work I couldn’t stand up without feeling extremely nauseous. I had to go to work like this and I didn’t start to feel better for 12 hours and then I had the most extremely painful headache. I definitely got some kind of food poisoning from Wendy’s last week on Remembrance Day. And thinking back to the two times I thought I tasted mold on the fries and how as soon as I had the poutine I felt sick, there’s definitely something going on with the way they store their fries or handle them. I was so sick I have sworn off eating out at all for now I’m so scared.

I go to this location often. Lately the quality has gone down. Couple weeks ago, I ordered a couple spicy chicken sandwiches for me and my daughter. We got sick.
Last night, I was the DD and ordered 5 items for my friends. Fries were cold and almost stale. The patties in the burgers were flat, overcooked (crunchy) and cold.
If you expect me to pay top dollar, I expect top quality. Business 101.
Fast and friendly drive through! Not every fast food restaurant actually delivers that. Love the cheezy burgers!

Generally this location appears to be well managed, and have good customer service. But today, that wasn’t my experience. I ordered and paid on the app. When I pulled up in driveway, I told them my order. The girl politely instructed me to go to the second window. When the line moves forward, I pull up a little passed the first window (I don’t need to pay, I already did) in order to head to the second window, like I was instructed to. Then an elderly Caucasian woman opens the first window and says “uhh.. can you bring your car back here..?” in an annoyed tone. I let her know that they told me to go to the second window. Then she says “doubt it!” and rolls her eyes. I tried to tell her that I’m just doing what they told me to do, but she closed the window and walked away. Maybe she’s got something going on at home, maybe she was just having a bad day, I don’t know. But calling your customer a liar probably isn’t the best idea. When I got to the next window, the girl there was pleasant at least
