★★★☆☆ Disappointing Experience
We’ve ordered from Wok Box three or four times, and while the food itself has always been good, but consistent mistakes have completely ruined the overall experience. Unfortunately, this will likely be our last order.
1️⃣ Wrong Order – Today, I ordered two Sweet Mongolian with beef, but we received one with beef and one with what seemed to be pork. This isn’t the first time our order has been incorrect. If I wanted pork, I would have ordered it—accuracy matters.
2️⃣ Delivery Issue – While this may have been the driver’s fault, the boxes arrived flipped over in the bag, causing everything to be soaked in sauce—boxes, napkins, forks, and the bag itself. Not a great start to the meal.
3️⃣ Missing Fortune Cookie – I understand Saturday evenings are busy, but receiving only one fortune cookie and the other being just an empty “fortune air-filled” bag was disappointing.
4️⃣ Portion Size – For $20 per noodle dish, I expected a more substantial portion. Unfortunately, the serving size was quite small for the price.

First visit January 16th 2025. Honestly I’m not sure if I like this place. My meat was super chewy and had a funny taste. My husband did enjoy his lunch the chicken bowl mine was beef. There were tiny flies bugging the shit out of me and I was turned off by it. The place was dirty and I found the counter guy unfriendly. Because my husband enjoyed it I might have to try it again.

I go in to order and no one is at the cashier. At some point someone comes around and acknowledges me but only to say “give me one moment”. Which no worries I waited as it seemed there was only one person working. I ordered regular ginger beef and wanted to add broccoli. I saw the total was over $18.00 dollars!!! No drink or side included. I asked why and the person working said it was “$3.45 to add broccoli” INSANE! For a side of broccoli?? Broccoli at cost is let alone .90 cents that is literally a 400 % markup price. Ridiculous you are practically robbing your customers. I left and went next door to subway. Faster, and cheaper!!

Not very good at all and over priced. It's better and cheaper to go to actual Asian or Indian restaurant .
One single serving costs more than a dish at those restaurants that feeds multiple people and the quality is meh ,
