Half the time the water has a chemical taste. The other half the time the outside of the bottles are absolutely filthy. Some bottles look like they were literally rolling through sandy slushy snow before being delivered. Literal mud mixing in with the water.

This is going to be a little long sorry I am extremely disappointed with World of Water Brandon store. My distiller broke down month or 2 ago. Was told parts(heating element ) was back ordered. Was told there where others also waiting for same part and other parts so waited. It dawn on me last weekend they are making money of water I now need to buy Monday morning I call Precision Water Systems , Westlock Ab 1-780-349-4933 the maker of my distiller low and behold they have the part/s and have had this whole time......If you have a distiller sitting waiting for repair at Water World Brandon, Mb you should check with manufacturer of your distiller because I'm guessing they have the part/s your needing/wanting to repair your distiller manager/owner of said store told me when I went to pick up he doesn't like ordering from them because they cost more well I think that should be up to customer to decide that instead of waiting for some of you out there still waiting for parts demand that they get their parts from where they are available I understand somebody out there with an even bigger distiller=bigger need for more water has been waiting for a year !!!! This should not be happening if parts are available else where then get them else where and quite frankly this distiller heating element lasted a long time if the replacement doesn't I will probably blame it on where ever he got his "cheaper" parts quite often you get what you pay for and again customer should be given that option not just told it's back ordered and never looked into get part else where (like the place they manufacture the distiller in the first place I AM VERY ANGRY THAT IT TOOK THAT LONG WHEN COULD HAVE HAD IT FIXED BY THE FOLLOWING WEEK HOPE THIS HELPS OTHER FIND THEIR OWN PARTS IF THE OWNER OF THE STORE CHOOSES TO GO WITH CHEAP INSTEAD OF AVAILABLE!!!!

I get my bottled water here. It is fast and convenient. The workers carry the full bottles to your vehicle also. There are 2 parking spots right in front of the shop. It's hard to get parking close cause of Cora's restaurant next door. Thank goodness it's not open too late.

Didn't even shop there was parked eating at Cora's and went to liquor mart quick when we came out some grumpy middle aged man who i assume is the owner or manager confronted us about our tire being 1cm on the yellow line and immediately threatened to have us towed. We moved the car the 2 cm to appease him shortly after one of his customers parked completely over the yellow line and was not told to move and wasn't threatened to be towed. Long story short this person has some issues they gotta work out and shouldn't be in the customer service industry. Friendly Manitoba was proving to be pretty true during this trip until we interacted with this man.

The very best tasting water ever, but you'll have to pay for it! This water is very good I highly recommend the people are really friendly and always ready to help you !They go out of their way and even put the heavy 18.9 liter jug of water into your vehicle! A+++ sadly cost has gone up over the years and is now very high at $6.50 per 18.9L jug.But if you prepay for 10 they give you 1 free! Thank you to all you hard workers at World of Water on Dakota!!!

We ordered custom labels for water bottles for our daughter’s wedding. They were so fast coming back with a design, filling the order and delivering them. Outstanding, friendly service. Would highly recommend to everyone. You will not be disappointed!

This is where we get our water. Most of the time the staff are great at assisting and being extremely professional but it really depends on who is helping you out. The younger fellas are great as they are polite and extremely helpful in loading up my car but the older middle age guy is not as friendly and a little rough in slamming the water bottles into my car for several times now and just not a pleasant demeanor.
