Cashier was efficient and polite.
For some reason, the bubbles here are noticeably firmer compared to several locations in Vancouver BC. I prefer the softer yet still chewy texture over the harder ones served here. I thought XFT’s quality would have been more consistent across locations.

Had the caramel avocado fresh milk regular with added brown sugar pearls, add up to 9.57. Not worth it for the price as I have tried better avocado drink from diff store like the little viet. I expected much, also it’s sweet, I should have told them to lower the sugar level but I forgot, I hope it’s mandatory to ask for the sugar level if someone forgets like me lol.
Durian crepe. 9.99 with tax So so soooo good! Durian goodness ❤️
Cream puff 8.99 with tax, like any other cream puff, it’s good too. I hope it comes with flavor and you could get a mix in a box.
Place has limited seats not recommended to hangout with a group of friends.

I recently visited Xing Fu Tang and tried the Oreo Milk Slush and the Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Tea. The Oreo slush was creamy and delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. The brown sugar bubble tea was rich and flavorful, and the pearls were soft and chewy—perfectly cooked! Both drinks were really satisfying, and I’d definitely go back to try more. Great service and a cozy spot for a sweet treat!

It's a great place 10/10 but I feel bad that sometimes is only one person serving everything and they are like 6 persons in line, one more could be very helpful and effective for everyone

Unfortunately this was the second time ordering there and it was very disappointing. The matcha tastes awful and I was very nauseous after it. I had bubble tea before and it never happened, thought I would give a second try but ended up spending $11 bucks for a drink that made me nauseous and couldn’t even finish. Also was charged for other type of bubbles because they didn’t have the regular ones for my drink of choice, which is unfair.
Got ripped off (overcharged) and the drink i got was not very good.

So good! Had a fruity yogurt bubble tea thing with fruit chunks and a little foam bunny rabbit thing on top. Presentation was nice, Staff member was alone and working calmly under pressure. And the wishing wall of notepads was a fun touch! Love it
