I went here on a date night with the girlfriend. You walk in and it’s a self serve experience. You pick out the toppings you want on your bowl and the price varies on the weight of your bowl. Interaction with staff is limited but I find that the experience here was smooth and straightforward. You can also make your own sauce. I’m not much of a soup guy. I only crave it during cold winter months or if I’m sick, but my girlfriend and I went here on a moody, rainy summer day...
Very cozy, price is per weight, cooked well. Wish they gave more broth. Everything else was good. If you get light foods like mushroom and veggies and a bit of meat expect $10-15, otherwise $15-$25 per bowl. Parking was infront but there was some in the back, just opted for the front one when we went since there was space.
Hotpot, where you there's a lot of choices. From meat, vegatables then Noodles. Then you can pick which broth you wanted I chose Beef bone broth then Spicy level is Mild. Then you create your own sauce tweak it to your liking. Then they will serve your Soup.
