If you want a unique dining experience I highly recommend this spot. I came across it quite accidentally while trying out new Asian food spots. Its very similar to a "Hot Pot" restaurant in that your order consists of a platter of ingredients served cold to be put into a piping hot boiling broth bowl brought to your table. You put these ingredients into your hot pot followed by their hand pulled noodles. It's a neat way to eat and the flavour of the noodle soup...
Overall it's okay. I ate there often a while ago. I prefer the beef in sour soup. But the quality of the dishes varies. Sometimes the beef is leftover. The roots of the enoki mushrooms are not processed and are put directly into the soup. Sometimes they are very good. I hope the quality control can be strengthened.
I got the Braised Beef Brisket with Hand Pulled Noodles, and it was delicious. The beef had a nice mixture of lean and glutenous parts. The female washroom wasn't that pleasant, and the server came back to confirm our order a couple of times. Otherwise, it's a great place with a collection of authentic Chinese foods.
