Would give this place zero stars if possible. This place is absolutely terrible. First I found hair in my pizza which is always a sign of bad hygiene practices. Second they didn’t have any pizza boxes so I got served on a rusty burnt plate which they use to cook the pizza on and then just asked me to bring the plate back. Like seriously what take out pizza place doesn’t have pizza boxes. The canned drink I got was also covered in dirt and it came from the fridge where they keep all the other toppings. The pizza was just disgusting over all. This place should be shut down. If you want pizza at lunch just get a flatbread from Tim’s which is right across from this place in the food court.

I will say first I have never been to this place so I cannot comment on atmosphere, and since we ordered for lunch the service in getting our order to us was very good. Thank you uber.
However the food... There are incredible pizza experiences I imagine that everyone has some memory of. And over time I have had pizza from all kinds of places, from Mr. Bones, to Pizza pizza, Little ceasars and so on... I find some ok, but mostly mediocre. Just run of the mill pizza made from pre-made dough with slapped on ingridients from a 5 gallon pail and run through a machine designed to pump out garbage.
The best Pizza I ever had was from a place called Casa Grande, which I heard of but thought it was mexican food, but turned out was Italian. We loved it at work and would order it when we wanted pizza cooked in a real wood fired oven.
Casa Grande closed down a couple of years ago, and on friday a co-worker suggested pizza for lunch, so we decided to try Za on donald... I mean.. the pic's of the pizza looked good, the descriptions of the toppings sounded amazing and wood fired???
We were all on board.. It arrived in good time thanks to Uber, hence my good review of their services..
But the pizza was just plain garbage. The ham and pineapple was lacking in ham and pineapple and the meat lover's was lacking in what they claimed would be on it such as beef meatballs..
It was just generic bacon crumble and mostly the same italian sausage that every other pizza place gives you, but in this instance the sausage was off... You know that sour old taste of
a pork product... Like it should have been used or eaten a few days ago... just a horrible taste.
We should have read the reviews before we ordered.
In the end if you want a generic pizza then order from pizza pizza or little ceasars, The sauce is just as bland from Za's on donald, but at least they will use more fresher ingredients from a pail than Za's does.
If your burping up the foul taste of bad sausage hour's later, then that's a sign that your stomach does not want to digest it.
Terrible Pizza, and I would ask at the end of this review,
Does the managment of this place even care about the bad
reviews it has accumulated and make an effort to improve the food?

I ordered a “create your own pizza” and barely could see any of the toppings I requested. A frozen pizza from the store would’ve been better quality than what I received. Never ordering from here again.

Holy crap did this place go downhill.
Small pizza minimal toppings poor taste high price, slow service with 1 worker during lunch rush.
So sad it used to be my favourite place in the food court.

Poor lady was working all by herself during a busy lunch hour making pizza, taking cash and managing the oven/pizza boxes. I asked for takeout and they folded it up and put it in a halfbox - I nearly flipped, half the pizza couldnt be eaten as the topping ripped off from the sheet in between. Crazy...dont go there!!!!

Honestly this place needs a vist from heath department. I would not recommend eating from this place. My coworker said that also they are rude, cheap on toppings and have ear pods in their ears and talk to whoever while serving customers. She walked away from making an order.
Definitely has gone down hill since last time I was there. Would go occasionally before Jets games. Smaller and less toppings then before. Tiny little fountain drink for $3.00. Disappointing experience compare to prior years. Will not rush back.

Restaurantji Recommends
Vegetarian options: Put pork in my food than they refuse to give me refund and they were rude about it.
The lady at the za pizza bistro express was rude. No paresan cheese, pizza was tasteless also prices are way high then it used to be. This place also has hygiene issue. There pizza machine has rust and pizza sauce didn't taste like other za pizza bistro. Will not recommend.
Had the Meat Lovers was yummy ?
5 pieces of pepperoni, 3 salami, 5 ham, 6 chunks of bacon and next to no cheese on a piece of cardboard all for the small price of $21(extra toppings cost more). Save your money and don't bother with this over priced garbage.
This is one of my favourite pizza places. Unfortunately, they have been inexplicably closed for the past few months. Nothing on their website or social media indicates why or when they will be open again. Phone doesn't get answered. No option to contact them via email or on Facebook. For the lack of communication and customer communication (including their website saying it is still open), I sadly have to give 3 stars. Otherwise this is my go-to pizza place when I am working. Sad to see it's apparently disappeared without a trace.
