Looking at the reviews,,,I can see why it shut down. When you catering to homeless drug addicts you will loose business not surprised

This place went WAY DOWNHILL. First of all, there were only two employees working for the dinner rush. Very poor restaurant management to only have two employees. There were very polite though and were managing the best they could, constantly apologizing to customers. It was honestly so uncomfortable standing there watching these employees struggle. I wanted to jump behind the counter to help them. It’s employee abuse. ALSO, fun fact - THE EMPLOYEES DON’T EVEN GET TO KEEP THE TIPS! They go to the franchise owner. SLAVE PRACTICES! Both of them had very long hair and neither of them were wearing hairnets (I have a picture), although one was wearing a hat. The other one kept touching her glasses while preparing the pizzas. She also took a scoop of the pesto sauce and brought it up to her nose to smell it before she put in on my pizza, like she was checking if it was rotten. SO GROSS!! We waited over an hour for 4 pizzas. Having two employees to serve the walk in guests, plus make the Skip The Dishes orders was woefully insufficient. We talked to the employees and they said this is normal practice. They are always understaffed. If you’re looking for a custom pizza experience, this would be your absolute last resort. Poor hygiene practices, long waits and uncomfortable atmosphere.

Ordered from uber their 3-topping pizza and only received my pizza with two toppings. I was trying to call the store to no avail. Also, pizza was already hard like a carton when it reached to me, such a bad experience.

*Just a suggestion - do not go to Za pizza on Osborne because you may get Second Hand high from meth because of people smoking it inside. We ordered 3 pizzas and ran out without our 3rd when we smelled burning rubber filling up the place and the whole store started to smell different (I knew this was some hard drug smell from the research over the years) Me and my boyfriend were shaking scared and 911 was pretty useless! We did end up talking to 2 police man who lied to us that meth couldn't have second hand effects. :( I couldn't sleep well that night and ended up waking up and puking all the food in my tummy which was the pizza. Repulsive owner and today he called me back to gaslight me and talk to himself on the phone for 22 mins about nonsense not letting me say one word without interruption. I'm very concerned with this city. If I was pregnant or with children I would of probably physically took the place down.

Best pizza I’ve had in Winnipeg. So fresh, cooked perfectly and an incredible team! They go above and beyond to create the perfect experience for their guests. Can’t wait to dine here again

The ingredients seemed good. My problem is there was too little to really judge. I ordered through a delivery service. It arrived cold. There was virtually no cheese and for some reason there was no sauce either. The piece shown had a good amount of toppings however it was very hit and miss on that front too. Also the parts that look like just dough with no cheese covering, are in fact exactly that. Unfortunate because I think it could have been quite good, especially for the price point.

Great pizza, Fresh ingredients, Friendly and lovely service. Fluffy yet firm, crust. No two Margherita sauce pizza are alike! This location caters and supports the Osbourne community with the respect it deserves and will certainly be here, making their amazing pizza for the years to come!Support Za Pizza Bistro, and make sure to come on down!It was so tasty, we had to buy a second one after our pizza was eaten. You won't be disappointed! It was well worth it!

Service was really good.
A homeless lady was arguing the manager but manager came and apologized to us. And the other server apologized as well. It was handled very professionally.

My husband and I came in to order a signature pizza last night around 5pm; got nothing but thumbs up from our friends on the food, so highly recommended. Ingredients are fresh, and very enjoyable. The crust is perfectly crispy; my husband does enjoy a pizza more crispy crust than most.

We were originally going to dine in, however, we could hear what appeared to be a brunette women (possibly staff) making very rude comments to a table of customers about their appearance and how they weren’t welcome inside. My husband made the decision to take our food home instead.

Terrible customer service experience today dec.19 tuesday at approximately 12noon. The one lady working there let me stand for about 10mins while she worked and couldnt find the energy to simply greet me. Then she had a terrible attitude and gave me sarcasim when i asked politely for some napkins like i should know that they are on the tables(this was my first time there and was just trying to get a slice to go) This is a great example of customer service going extinct. Just awful i lost my appetite and couldnt get through my slice

Amazing employees here, gotta love how friendly they are, amazing pizza here, made fresh right in front of you, very kind and welcoming place to grab a bite to eat while baked
