First time trying za bistro, i was helped by a young man named kam. Very friendly outgoing kid and he made a hell of a pizza definitely coming back!

This was the worst experience I've ever had here. I go here all the time and I've never had pizza this hard, I couldn't even chew it. The customer service was really bad too. The staff told me to wait because they had other orders, which I get, so I waited calmly for at least 15 minutes. And after all that, they gave me an overcooked pizza that wasn't edible at all.

The food was tasty and we enjoyed the quality. However, our experience with the staff member who served us—her name was Crystal (or possibly Krystal)—was disappointing. We arrived around 5:33 PM, close to closing time, and although we understand that, we were made to feel unwelcome. She repeatedly told us to hurry and showed a rude attitude, as if questioning why we came so late.

I believe customers should still be treated politely, even near closing time. With better staff training on customer service, this place could offer a much better overall experience.

Their slogan should be- “The shittiest pizza with shittiest service you can have in winnipeg 🥳🥳”. If anyone wants to get their mood pissed off, please come visit here. I ordered a Mediterranean pizza and they gave me a garlic bread. The base was only covered with garlic and for the toppings, I could only see a few black olives and that’s it. I’ve never even had so much of garlic eaten at once in my life before. Even on a garlic bread you can never have so much garlic. I couldn’t even finished eating one slice and when I asked them if you can do something of it or make it again, the guy refused to help me out. I had to dumb the pizza.

Za pizza bistro is located in Kenaston outlet mall in the food court. It’s a great place to stop by as they serve pizza by the slice – cheese and pepperoni. You can also make custom pizzas as well. They have a wide variety of fan favorite, including meat, lovers, veggie, Hawaiian, margarita and Mediterranean. They also have signature pizzas, including barbecue, chicken, pesto, chicken, and buffalo chicken. Chicken wings are available as well as beer, wine, spirits, fountain drinks, bottle, drinks, and bottled water. Good place to stop by for a bite if you’re in the mall.

Very very good customer service from June. Her smile is bright. She is soo kind and friendly. Great explanation of menu. Fresh pizza great toppings . Very crispy crust . Hands down best pizza . Clean seating. Love the spice and cheese additional topping options. Run , don’t walk

Poor customer service. We told them that we are going back to pick up the pizza and the staff did not say about they're closing. We saw the staff carrying our pizza going in his car without saying anything . He even see us hurrying to get the pizza

I tried the Family Special 2 today. It was enough for 3 people just around $40. The pizza was crispy with a thin crust. The wings were great with hot sauce favour 😋 I will order again if I go shopping at the outlet mall
