The pizza was great.
The new Asian guy making the pizza needs training on customer service. I asked for extra pepperoni, he told me it was going to cost more I said fine but I wanted the pizza covered in pepperoni. Before putting it in the oven I asked if he could add more pepperoni but he was very shocked that o asked and said no. He told me that it was good enough. I asked for a supervisor. One of his colleagues came up, I talked to him ( while the Asian guy was still complaining and trying to prove a point in the back as if it was his company) , the guy helped me and added more pepperoni. That guy deserves a raise for great customer service. Asian guy needs to learn not to fight with customers when we are paying extra.

Decent place for “fast food pizza” at the outlet mall. I thought the service was quick and efficient and the slice of pizza I had was overall pretty tasty!

Very pleasantly surprised! We had Za Pizza from a pizza truck about 5 years ago and it wasn't so good. We remember being disappointed and it was soggy. Both times we ordered the keto crust. Now perhaps they have changed the recipe?? ??‍♀️ What we ate at this Za Was awesome. You would have NEVER known the crust was keto. Absolutely delicious cooked you a perfect crispness. We couldn't believe there was cauliflower in there! We'll definitely be return customers. And the atmosphere is very nice. It's in the food court, but they have their own seating space. My husband was extra happy cuz the Euro Cup was playing on the tv. The guys working were all friendly.

I ordered a 14" meat lover and was shocked at the lack of topping. There was 8 thin slices of pepperoni, that's one piece per slice. The other toppings were just as sparce. The worst part of the cost after the $3 fountain drink was the $6+ tip that was automatically added that I didn't notice until I sat to eat. I'll never eat there again!!!!

Such a stupid rule of closing 20 mins early n just to let u know they have the most expensive fountain drinks plus all around the mall refills are free but they just close early why are u giving free I can to eat at 8:20 and when went to refill again at 8: 45 they said it closed u cant refill anymore we close 20 mins before the time is 9 so why closing at 8:40

Nincompoops took way too long to acknowledge my order. What's more, the pizza wasn't even worth it. Crust tasted like cardboard and ingredients like the cheese tasted horrible. They do NOT know anything about pizza. Never coming

I went here to get a pizza slice, there was only one cheese left. When getting my slice another employee came and said you should give her a new slice that one has been sitting and he had a fresh cheese pizza that just came out. The who was serving me said no and gave me the old pizza. It was cold when I ate some of it. Not a great experience. This happened last Saturday, I normally love their pizzas.

Ordered the GF options and our counter person was SO attentive to the allergy (sauce and toppings from underneath, clean knives, parchment for cooking). I know that guarantees can’t be made in a restaurant that serves floured items, but our celiac family members felt very safe. Well done
